Came to pick up an order to be ready at 7:19 at 7:30. Was told that “they’re still working on it” but in reality the girl never rang it in. Came back at 7:50 and was told that the kitchen was very backed up. My order would of been ready if it was rang in properly when the order was placed! Horrible customer service and experience. Will NEVER come back and will tell all my friends as well.

Very very bad service, I ordered vegetarian fried rice and noodles, order was delayed by 1.5 hrs and they delivered chicken fried rice, called them several times to check order status and the guy at the restaurant was very rude. Food tastes stale and very bad..

Food is very good and tasty. The only issue is that the portion sizes are bigger than 1 person can eat. The price to portion ratio might be equal to average restaurant but if 2 person want to order 2 separate dishes, it will be difficult to finish. I tried cream fish and was too rich to finish by 1 person.

Ordered from here on Feb 2021 after a while and none of the nine different items were acceptable/okay. The meat was dry and gravy was very pasty. Not even the Roti Kanai was enjoyable. Ordered directly from the stores website. Would have requested a full refund if it were it were one of the food delivery apps. First review ever, experience was that bad. One star is too much.As of the time of this post the place has a 3.8 rating which is very misleading according to my experience and some reviews after Dec 2020.

Ordered lunch for my wife's birthday (02/20/21) as we all like indo-chinese food. Completely messed up our lunch - 3 out of 8 items not delivered or partial delivery, rest of the items were bland and tasteless, we felt sorry sharing it with our guests. Disappointed with both quality of food and service. Now I seek their refunding my $ for what they didn't deliver at the least.

Tried calling the restaurant for a refund as they gave me the wrong order for takeout. After calling several times, someone answered the phone. The guy who answered the phone said he was not empowered to refund my bill and that his manager would call me the next day. No call back from the restaurant, no refund and they don't even pick up calls anymore! Yelp - can I give zero stars for my experience ? Customers beware!

TLDR: go to bellevue location.I have dined at various Inchin's Bamboo gardens. This one has the worst food and they got my pick up order wrong. Bellevue location is much better.

food has been consistently below expectations the last few times. Pav Bhaji's bhaji was sub par in taste and consistency. The main dish has tomato ketchupy flavor in it. Vada Pav was averagish as well. The worst was Saag Paneer where it was difficult to find Saag in it, it was all Paneer with some garnish of saag leaves. The pickup experience has always been harrowing where I'd have to wait for 15mins more than the expected time, and that too among a host of other people who are similarly waiting on their pickup orders. I am going to avoid this the nest time, I guess their marketing and very India like Asia food menu is what draws up people like me to them, but none of it was to write home about and lately have been more disappointing.

This is horrible service. We live out of town, so ordered online and drove all the way to pickup from this place. We patiently waited for 20minutes after the scheduled pickup time they gave us and even then the hostess told us it will take at-least another 20 minutes. (In fact it appeared that they didn’t even start on our order till I asked them about our order).There were many more people waiting there too and it didn’t look like I would get my order anytime soon. This was horrible service and a complete waste of time.HORRIBlE EXPERIENCE.

Even tho Google shows curbside the restaurant does not have curbside. You have to walk through the long passage to get your take out. Please fix it as it is misleading

Was hungry at 9:40 pm, called in for order pickup and it was ready within 15 mins. Picked up at 9:55 pm. Amazing service and promptness. Can't live without Inchinn delicious food.

Extremely disappointed by service. Picked up a to-go order and found totally different dishes than what I actually ordered. I Kept calling for 30 min, never picked up the phone, voice mail is full and no courtesy to call back. Now it is closing time and I cannot even go back. Please have your voice mail box empty and have the courtesy to call back otherwise.This actually has happened second time that we got different stuff from actual order that was placed.

Yesterday we ordered chicken65 fried rice and instead I got paneer (tofu) and I called them but there voice mail is full. I mean, I paid for the chicken and got Tofu. Wow. I literally just had rice as I can't eat Paneer at all. Very much disappointed. Bad service.
