The theater was quite expensive, and they also added a 20% service charge. I didn't see any significant difference compared to other movie theaters that provide food service
My favorite movie theater! I love the comfy chairs. Drinks are good, had many different ones and they are all good.
Save your money and time - don't buy a membership.
Their website advertises 2 free reward tickets for upgrading to a gold membership, which prompted me to upgrade. However, there is nowhere on their website telling you what you're actually able to use the rewards tickets for. Imagine how surprised I was when told that I couldn't use my reward tickets to watch movies.
Great atmosphere and the good is really good!
It’s very good but if your toll expect your legs to be dangling off the chair, I’m 6 foot 2 and the seat was too small for me and my feet were crunched up against the wall so I had to put them up and it was a little uncomfortable. Very boujee but not for tall people
Fun time+ comfortable atmosphere
What a great place to enjoy wonderful roses in summer. Seeing friends add to the delight.
It’s at the second floor of the town center, the sign isn’t very large so it’s easy to miss.
The theater was really clean and the staff are very friendly. When you come in and when you go out there greet you and are very pleasant and polite.
Bathroom was large and well kept. This is going to sound weird, but the napkins were really dense and high quality! The soap felt moisturizing and premium too. They did not skimp out on the bathroom.
The seats are comfy large recliners. They even give blankets!
Very easy to call the staff with a quick button click by the seats. The menu is scannable with a QR code.
The food has more than just theater type of food. And just like a typical theater the foods are super pricey!
Ordered a filet mignon, and was able to ask for medium rare. It came with fries, which can be upgraded to truffle fries. I would highly recommend the fries they are just the right amount of crispy. The filet mignon was good.
Also ordered the seared tuna wrap. The wrap tortilla was quite hard to eat. It’s also a bit messy cause the sauce just spills out. Would recommend getting something else. It gets really sticky and I didn’t even bother finishing the tortilla. It was too stale. The tuna was good though, but very heavy on the furikake.
Ice tea was typical. And also got the chocolate chip cookie. It was nice that they gave two cookies, but the food was so filling I could only finish one cookie. Great for splitting though.
They already added gratuities. The service was great though, they routinely check in on us if we needed anything else out of we needed the space cleared.
Movie quality is pretty clear and volume is loud. It’s nice cause it feel’s like you have a private seating area. Great for dates, not so sure if it’s great for groups since it’s paired seating.
Overall feels like a luxury movie theater, highly recommend for a date night. Be prepared cause the price is high. You do get what you pay for in terms of service and comfort.
IPIC is awesome, seating is comfortable and private. Plenty of room and the food service is great. The staff are attentive and make efforts to ensure customers are taken care of - nice to see employees happy with where they work. The food is pretty tasty too! Drinks are nice as well... the NA margarita is delicious. This theater is my families go to spot for movie nights/days!
Thank you to the amazing Manager and staff today for helping us find our earbuds. While we didn’t find them they literally made every possible effort! Way above and beyond. Awesome customer service!

Had a great time with the kids here. Not 5 stars because they charge a booking fee of over $2 per ticket whether in person or online. Basically, pay us to buy the thing we are selling on top of paying for the thing we are selling. Nobody likes this. it takes seriously gall to charge extra for buying your product. Just charge us $22 a ticket instead of $20 plus $2. Id actually pay it. The product is good so just charge extra. I’ve seen the other posts about this and replies about how it covers your costs. No, the business pays the cost from the charge of the product. You will not convince customer this is a good experience. I want to go back to your establishment and spend more money but I won’t be any time soon. I feel swindled over $2 a ticket.
They also charge a mandatory 18% gratuity. Again—Nobody likes this. I’ve already boycotted a few other restaurants that do this. It’s not gratuity if it’s Mandatory. You want them to make more? You pay more and charge more for your product. I’ll give gratuity based on service. You charging mandatory 18% is just public admittance that you know you don’t pay enough to your employees.
Otherwise, the experience was awesome! If the booking fee goes away I’ll go more often! The funny thing is that they could actually charge me the same amount! I’m not actually asking to pay less lol.
Great service and great experience.
This was one of the best cinema experiences I’ve had- and it’s about 30+ years of going to the theaters for me.
Seats are comfy, staff are friendly and accommodating. Prompt and accurate service.
Best date spot of 2025 for us so far.
Foods a bit pricey, but so worth the penny!!! Delivered hot and delicious.
Keep it up!!!
Super clean and private.
TL;DR: This is the BOUGIEST movie theater I've ever been to, and I'll ABSOLUTELY go again. Honestly, I don't think I want to experience movies any other way anymore.
Also, if I were ever sentenced to die, I would choose the fillet mignon sliders with truffle fries as my last meal.
The experience was PERFECTION 🤌🏻
Worth every dollar.
My wallet is glad I don't go to the movies often.
