I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to IPIC. I haven’t been in about two years, and it used to set the standard for luxury and premium movie experiences. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like I remembered.

Our seats were literally falling apart, with the leather detached. The blankets had sticky stains, which was very off-putting. We were also charged an 18% service fee, yet the service didn’t match that at all. Our popcorn came ice cold, and our drinks arrived in the middle of the movie, even though we ordered them 20 minutes before it started.

I truly hope IPIC can bring back the premium service and experience we were excited about in the past.

The worst customer experience I can imagine. Don't waste your money!

I’ve been an iPic customer and Silver Member for over 12 years, but this visit was incredibly disappointing.

A system failure prevented me from upgrading my membership before the movie. Our server handled it professionally, but management later interrupted the movie, refused to wait, and escalated the situation unnecessarily. After the film, we were accused of language I did not use and told we were no longer welcome—without being allowed to explain.

We lost a significant portion of the movie and left shocked by how dismissively the situation was handled.

UPDATE: I reached out to their customer service department, CEO and COO, to no avail. Clearly, they have no interest in customer service.

iPic promises a blockbuster experience but this one went straight to laser disc. Service was basically a cameo blink and you miss it. The chairs have clearly been through a few sequels. The only thing reclining was my expectations. The only thing reclining was my expectations. Service never showed up for its scene because the chair controls were not functioning and look like they’ve survived multiple plot twists. iPic, please reshoot.

My family's favorite theater! Good food, good drinks, relaxing atmosphere and kids can enjoy as well! Loved it here!

This is my favorite movie theater, worth a drive even. I wouldn’t recommend it for kids but it’s such a good date night.

Expensive food, and the tip is added so watch your bill, I totally got hosed the last movie wr attended and we go there often and they said it chose the front row! Please for a 3 hour movie I do not think so! We go often and I always buy the very back row! I know what seats I buy I'm not stupid so I was less than thrilled and they did nothing to offer to help and I'm a member, but whatever

Wife and I got a gift card to come see a movie here back last year but didn't get around to using it till just last week.

Sooooo this place is a bit of a mix bag in concept. Essentially what sets this place appart from the other theaters is you can order booze and food from your seat before and during the movie. To add to that, your seats are secluded from others so you have privacy, plus your seats can recline and your given a blanket to cover yourself Incase you spill food.

The theater itself is not huge but audio quality was great. The food we purchased was all great quality and we enjoyed our choices of non alcoholic drinks as well.

Now to get into the weeds, the concept and execution of this place is a bit over bearing. Drinks and food took an incredible amount of time to get to us. Mind you, for drinks we ordered a lemonade and a cup of black coffee. That alone took 45 min to get to us. We didn't get our food until and hour and a half into our movie. The movie we chose was just over 2 and a half hours long, so you can only imagine what it would be like if we chose one with a much shorter run time -_-.

Lastly, there was a big big annoyance with the staff. All the staff were nice and attentive, but unfortunately to do their jobs, they had to be almost constantly running around the theater with tablets, found and drink in hand, meaning your view of the movie is always being pestered. The staff also had to talk very loudly during the movie to get your order so that became really distracting.

Last complaint, we were approached by staff at the very last 20 min of the movie to deal with our bill for food. The last 20 min where everything is coming to an exciting climax of the film which is very annoying.

So to sum it up, this place is kind of a mixed bag. Really wish the ordering and paying for food could be done before the film and I wish there were a way to not get pestered by staff during the movie. I'm not sure why food taking that long is a thing given our theater wasn't packed and we had not ordered a ton of food to begin with.

But, we did enjoy ourselves. The seats were comfy,v the food tasty, the theater has good sounds quality. We might come back again if we get another gift card

I want to start by saying I drove 30 miles to come to this theater, and I would do it again! I took my daughter (13) to see the new Avatar movie, and I did not want to spend 3.5 hours in a normal movie theater. It seems every seat in the theater is a great seat. Service was quick! We ordered soda, popcorn, mozzarella sticks (which were more like wedges and let me tell you… they are amazing!!) and Nachos! To compare this to a typical movie theater price wise I think I spent about $10 more than I would at a Regal for endless popcorn, soda, candy, and tickets! Everything was clean! Staff were friendly, it was a great experience.
I do want to note 3 things that I did notice, blankets were pretty thin, but worked well as a pillow. Next time I’ll bring my own blanket just because I do get cold, temp was great in there, I just typically run cold. The women’s rest room was fantastic, and clean! There was one lock on a stall that was missing, seems like it could be an easy fix, of course I chose the one with the missing lock! The nachos were lacking a little, chicken seemed sparse, and not a lot of cheese. They were good, but I think they could be better! Over all it was a great experience, and I will be going back, and can’t wait to try some other things on their menu, and of course get more of those delicious mozzarella cheese wedges!!!

We've been going here for the past 10 years, and zero complaints. Great service, food and drinks! Today at the Avatar 3D show everything was awful but the movie. $210 on drinks alone and they were shockingly awful. We ordered food 10 min. prior to showtime and did not get our food for 30 min, we thought they'd completely forgotten. My fish and chips came with no tartersauce, ketchup or fork for the coleslaw. Zero salt or seasoning on anything, and we normally love their fries! My husband ordered a Boss burger and fries, and again no ketchup. To make matters worse everything was cold. We hit our call button, did not get a response for 10 min, finally got up to flag a waiter. 10 min later we received a tatersauce and 1 ketchup, I guess to share, no fork. My husband ordered a 2nd Azul tequila with the waiter who dropped off the tartersauce and 1 ketchup and reminded waiter we still needed a 2nd ketchup and a fork. Midway through the movie (which is 3 1/2 hrs long) my husband got his tequila, no 2nd ketchup or fork. The kicker is that the theater was only half capacity, yet they seemed well staffed. I wonder if the new built in 18% gratuity is giving the wait staff reason to not care about decent service. Crazy bc we consistently give 20% gratuity, many times much more for great service. If I go here again, I'll bring in my own snacks. Bummer, this place used to be so awesome!

Favorite way to watch a movie. Loungers are great. Tickets are more affordable than I thought they’d be. Food seemed to be decent. Service was a little slow but it was busy when we were there.

Movie theater was nice, but the dining and drinks left a lot to be desired. I ordered the filet mignon sliders, which were flavorless. My margarita was not good. My daughter order the tuna and rice and the rice wasnt cooked. She also ordered the brussel sprouts and they were overcooked. My grandson ordered a shirley temple and they charged $16 dollars for it. That's the same price as the margarita. Dinner for three with 2 adult drinks and the shirley temple was almost $300. Next time I'll go eat a nice meal somewhere else and then go watch the movie.
