Movie theater was nice, but the dining and drinks left a lot to be desired. I ordered the filet mignon sliders, which were flavorless. My margarita was not good. My daughter order the tuna and rice and the rice wasnt cooked. She also ordered the brussel sprouts and they were overcooked. My grandson ordered a shirley temple and they charged $16 dollars for it. That's the same price as the margarita. Dinner for three with 2 adult drinks and the shirley temple was almost $300. Next time I'll go eat a nice meal somewhere else and then go watch the movie.

Fun place to see a movie with decent food and drinks. Buyer beware with the gold membership. The deal sounds great but you have no recourse if you sign up and IPic decides you are not eligible for the advertised free tickets. There's no way to contact customer service. We signed up for the membership and did not receive the free tickets. When we inquired at the theater we told they would look into it and received an email that stating that we were a gold number previously which disqualified us. We had never been a gold member. The staff acts like you're trying to scam the system requesting benefits they offered.

We continue to enjoy going to movies at Ipic. We love the seasonal offerings of food and drinks, and the quality of the food and creativity of drinks make it just like going out to a nice restaurant, but with the bonus of watching a movie. The only downside is the kids who like to chatter during the film. If you're going to something that will remotely appeal to teens or younger, I'd time your movies later in the evening or on a weekday.

IPIC had stolen over 100$ from me. All charged go through but no tickets are provided. I receive a notification my zip code is incorrect. I didn’t provide a zip code to IPIC and I am using Apple Pay, my daily pay method.

I went to see a showing and unfortunately there was inclement weather that completely disrupted the cinema’s ability. That being said, the staff was excellent - communicative, resilient, and still amicable under all the stress. I was very impressed considering the feat of attempting to get the projectors operating manually, ensuring food and drinks still came out, and greeting guests warmly despite it all. David and Dan were lovely and made us repeat customers, even with all the disruptions. Food and drinks were delicious.
This theater is my favorite theater. The seating is unique. No one can walk by your seats. You sit in a booth and they have 2 seats together that have electrical controls to recline them. Very comfortable seats. The food was very good too

We walked out 45 mins in. My husband and I had a server right when we were seated. He took our drink order and said to press the service button when we were ready to order food, which we did about 5 mins after he walked away. The soda and water arrived about 10 mins after that from a different staff member. Then a new staff brought us our beer (which was accidentally spilled on my husband) 15 minutes after we ordered. And we still had not had our original server return. My husband got us and had to go ask to order food, which they did not take our order and instead told him to wait for our original server to come back. He never did. Hungry and super annoyed, we decided to walk out. With high prices, an automatic 18% gratuity, almost no service, won't go again. There are far better theater experiences.
