Best movie theater in all Washington state, hands down. The experience is just unbeatable.

First time at IPIC and we’ve lived in the area for several years. We entered, the front desk asked if I was Neil as we approached- gave our tickets and explained everything about the theatre. The entire place is immaculately clean, welcoming, and high-end. The service was very attentive and polite. The seats, screen and sound were spectacular. I can sum it up with my wife’s thoughts “Wow, I can’t believe that every other cinema chain isn’t out of business because of IPIC.”Yeah, couldn’t agree more.

Usually have great service but last weekend our server disappeared once the almost immediately after the movie started, we didn’t get our check and when we left we saw our server coming out of their car smelling like marijuana.I couldn’t care less about someone smoking weed but don’t do it at work.

Very nice theater for watching movies. The seat has good privacy and comfort, the service can serve drink, popcorn, food, etc. The comfort and service definitely worths the extra cost.

I'm a movie buff, I literally travel for a good theater experience. Cine Bistro was my go-to place for many years, but since moving I never found a similar experience till now. Now I can finally have dinner and a movie experience like before. This place is great! The few times I've been here since discovery has been awesome. Good service, great food, and drinks. Will be going back very soon.

This spot had been a go-to date night activity for us. Always had great service and tipped accordingly. We enjoyed arriving early for a film, ordering dinner, and getting to watch a film in luxurious seating. This time we arrived about 15 minutes before our showing. We pressed the call button, and saw a server assisting other parties that arrived after us. We finally got service after the lights went down. We were informed that theater policy has changed, and an 18% service charge was being added to all tabs going forward. Drinks took longer than the entrees we ordered, and overall the friendly service we used to get seemed to have gone away with the opportunity to choose one's gratuitous fate. I'm genuinely saddened to report we won't be going out of our way to have date nights at iPic anymore.

My expectations have been far exceeded with this theater! From the time I walked through the door I was thoroughly impressed! This is why I love this theater-the modern decor, mult areas for lounging, a full bar, blankets neatly folded at every seat, the chair reclines, the bathrooms were spotless, the service was great but know that there is a $75 automatic charge to your card if you decide to dine in but then the total is readjusted eventually and an 18% gratuity is added to your bill which it is well worth it. I was very comfortable in my seat and I really enjoyed the sound and picture quality provided. As far as the food, well I tried their seasonal Mac n cheese sticks, there was not much flavor but at least the pizza was decent. I had the Hopscotch drink and found it strong and tasty. I will totally be coming back here

Everything was nice enough, a little on the pricey side but it's to be expected these days.The reason they get 1 star is they don't take cash.I refuse to support businesses that don't take cash.It also took about 30 minutes for me to get a beer delivered.
What an affordable, wonderful treat this was. I couldn't believe it. The service was impeccable, the seats were glorious, and the staff was so kind and generous. The bathrooms and theaters were immaculate. I couldn't believe how wonderful it was. I'll definitely be back. This was such an amazing experience. I highly recommend it.

Ipic has its failings but over all it’s the best luxury movie theater in Washington. They changed the seats and they aren’t very comfortable. Food is ok.Drinks are good

Based on the reviews for this place I didn't have high hopes going to IPIC for the first time to watch Dune 2 on a Friday night, so maybe that might've impacted my experience, but I thought this was a fantastic theatre.- service was friendly and polite. We were even greeted by an employee walking behind us in the hallway, which felt like really thoughtful and warm service.- orders were prompt. Someone came by within 5 mins of us pushing the button every time.- food was good! The fries were hot and crisp, and fried cheese were made with big slices of mozzarella- the alcoholic drinks were tasty (although on the lighter side)- the seats were comfortable and had blankets!!!I had a great time here and I only wish their selection of movies was a little bigger to have more excuses to visit.

Honestly once you chill and watch movies here ... You can't invite me to anything less than !! What a great spot watch the latest movies plus enjoy drinks and a awesome meal ! !! I totally recommend and I'll be back next week lol ?
