I come here from time to time on my lunch breaks and the lady that works at the front, Paulina, is incredibly nice and always has a great attitude. She is full of joy and gives great customer service. I will be continuing to come back to this location!

Cannot customize your order in the self checkout. All I want is no lettuce and I have to ask someone in the kitchen to come take my order. Corporate needs to fix this BS. If I want to add an entire chicken sandwich to my burger make it happen if I'm paying for it. Ffs.

I love that they have a drive-thru — super convenient! The grilled wraps are a nice healthier option, but my guilty pleasure will always be the tacos 😋 The lady at the window is always super nice and hooks it up with plenty of sauce when I ask!

on doordash i cannot order sauces, the dasher asked for sauces and the person told my dasher to buy them, how ridiculous. they need to fix their doordash

Drive through is ripping people in this location. Last night i was charged 17$ for only buying Oreo Shake and Fries. When i came home and saw the bill I saw cheese burger and taco added in the bill when i never ordered/received. Please check your bill before your drive off.

Greasy, cold tacos (8) in my order as well as friend and onion rings. Order sat on back counter after it was filled. Lost $ 20 bucks. Will never return. No one to call. No phone number that answers.
Wish I could post the photo but can't. Grease pooled in bottom of little bags of each taco.

Went in on a Wednesday afternoon. Dining was empty , except for me as a customer. Asked the front person about the $5 meal, he said I had to use "the app" to get it. Then I looked a the kiosk on the counter and it showed I could get that deal using that. The front person was surprised to know that.

So I went and ordered from the kiosk, and even though there was no customer around, it took almost ten minutes to get my food. And even then, the burger I ordered was wrong (it was just meat and cheese , when it should have come with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles etc... I had only put in the kiosk "no mustard, no ketchup," but the burger make must have though that meant "plain.")

So basically those two points sank this place (slow service and wrong food prepped!).
