The attitude from the girl working this morning was insane. I live in the apartments below and stopped by before work. I ordered coffee and a sandwich to go on the Kiosk, and my sandwich came for dine in, i wasn't upset AT ALL but told the barista that i had to get to work so I needed it to go, she said Well it only said to go on the coffee you ordered and I even said "sorry" then the kitchen bagged it up for me super fast, and she stood there with her back turned so i didn't know if she knew it was ready. I came up to her and said "do you mind if I grab the bag, I've got to run, " and she snaps at me, rolls her eyes and says " i'll grab it in a second, there are other orders then yours" There were about 3 people total in the entire place, and no one else had ordered in person. She was rude for no reason.

Wonderful relaxed place to sit and chat. Pizza was very good. Service was a bit inattentive due to a big group that was there too. Will try it out again.

My wife and I ate here on a Sunday night. It was pretty empty (Sunday night on the Eastside...), but the food was very good, service was an interesting hybrid of ordering on your phone/tablet, but food still got brought to your table. The reason I removed one star is because I was charged for ketchup... I ordered a side of fries and when I asked for ketchup was told that it was an extra 50 cents. What the heck? Who charges for condiments?! Onion rings apparently come with your choice of a dip (ketchup), for afrre, but for fries there's no such option on the ordering app, and you have to walk to the counter to ask for ketchup, and pay for it... This is hospitality 101, and totally unacceptable. If you feel fries and ketchup should cost $4.50, then charge $4.50. Don't charge $4.00 for fries and then $.50 for ketchup. I'm glad I wasn't charged for salt.

Pretty surprised that I was in the neighborhood and I had never tried Jack Sprat before. Very good coffee, delicious godly onion rings, and pretty decent Pizza. Loved the fact they have happy hours till 6 PM - and they do have some amazing beer. We tried one stout which really stood out - flavor profile was somewhere between coffee and a cough syrup ?Service and atmosphere both are excellent here.

Love this place! It is a wonderful bar to meet friends for dinner! Cider, sandwich, appetizers are all great! And don’t miss the happy hour! The only ask is that could you share the playlist of the background music? I love each songs of it!

No decaf espresso plus attitude makes it very unfriendly coffe destination. Past visit I had much better experience

Service is ok, coffee is good. Parking is terrible. There is not assigned parking for the establishment. If you don’t live in that area you won’t find a spot to park.

The place offers great atmosphere but that’s the end of it. There wasn’t enough staff to handle the orders, and they misplaced the orders as well. At the end, to top it all the coffee was bad.

Such a vibe and great food! I had the BLT and mocha. It’s definitely one of our favorite spots in the area.

Bugs!! Today we bought a breakfast from Jack sprat. It was a breakfast sandwich (freggie egg+ cheese on brioche bun) and an almond bakery item (don’t know the exact name). Food was good but there were bugs inside almond croissant. When we went to inform them the server she was not at all apologetic instead her reply was “Do you want another one but you almost finished it.” Getting another one was never my intention. But it’s a restaurant and they are selling food. We would have not written this review if she would have shown some concern but sadly it was not the case. Please see the proof of my review in the picture. We actually removed one of the bug to see if we are actually right or not.Update : A couple of clarifications after reading your comment. We did have the food outside the building but we never took out the croissant from the bag it was given. So, it wouldn’t have got contaminated outside. Secondly, the barista wasn’t serving any customer at the time we were speaking to her. She took the croissant from us and asked us if we would want another one and was thankful for letting her know. I understand these things can happen, but it would have been nicer to accept it and be apologetic about it. We are not questioning the hygiene of the entire restaurant.

We'll be back for sure! We two stopped for coffee and pastries.SERVICE: 4.0. Positive and fast. Heated up our pastries without being asked. One orders at one of the two touch-screens near the entry, or via mobile phone after grabbing a table and scanning a QR code.AMBIANCE: 3.0. Ground floor on a building corner with ceiling to floor windows facing to the southwest. Very high ceilings. Good sound system, though the music was a bit loud and the music sounded canned and like a genre of failed faux funk (to my ears). Clean tables and bathrooms. Table and bar seating, including a couple of large high tables capable of seating large groups. Large screen with projector can be lowered from the ceiling for sports games and movies. Fun large magnetic Scrabble board affixed to one wall (near door to bathrooms) with limited letters is a fun distraction.COFFEE and PASTRIES: 3.5- 4.0: Americano. A bit dark for my taste, but well-made.- 3.0: Decaf with almond milk. Decaf latte unavailable, so settled for this. Unsatisfying.- 4.0: Croissant. My partner liked her croissant as it was warmed up; that earned 0.5 points alone.- 3.0: Chocolate Croissant (aka Pain au Chocolat). Not very flaky, but acceptable; being served warmed up earned it 0.5.

The cafe ambience and service was great but they don’t have decaf espresso which is a huge negative for me as I’m sensitive to caffeine. The only decaf thing they have is their drip coffee.

I ordered a cappuccino and it was great! Seems like a hidden gem near the huge Microsoft campus.I didn’t try the food so I can’t say anything about it. They do offer pizza from the business next door. The inside area was great for getting work done.My only complaint is that there are not enough charging ports besides right by the bar - which is also right by the barista.
