Seriously. BAD. Walked in to pick up order I placed online, and this kid in the back is shoveling food in his mouth. Goes to "wash" his hands... rinses them with water...then after uses his hands to wipe off his face... and walks over to the counter... I asked the lady is there fish sauce in bag... she said it was. Of course get home no fish sauce. So I try to dress it up with ponzu and Siricha, small amount of sesame oil... and start to eat and realize the pork was just scraps of fat no actual meat. At this time I'm just over it. I go back so I can get a refund. The girl at counter tells me I need to go through door dash. I go across the street to arbys which I've never been too...not really a fast food girl. While waiting in line I'm trying to contact door dash but turns out there was no record of my order. So I drive back over and the girl calls the owner or manager and gets a refund for me. The owner or manager can't remember was super nice about it that's the only reason I am not leaving 1 star.

Friendly staff, awesome drinks, and oh my gosh the cups are huge! Stopped in on a late Friday after dinner, the guys were able to recommend their personal faves and those drinks did not disappoint! We did a large size tutti fruitti and their jasmine milk tea with pearls. I should really learn my lesson and read the small print bc they do a honey boba instead of regular boba when you ask for pearls and the honey boba was a tad bit sweet for me. Other than that, the drinks were great and I'll definitely be coming back!

They have pretty good popcorn chicken and bubble tea. I ordered a Popcorn Chicken and also a milk tea and tasted delicious! I would recommend and prob come back again!

I did not try their drinks but their popcorn chickens were yummy. The drink size looks huge. I saw a lot of artificial syrups behind the counter, so not sure if they actually use fresh fruits in their smoothies. Conveniently located in a strip mall with many parking spaces.

As always, our halo halo mix mix was delicious- my favorite drink in Overlake. However, I wished the server had been masked (this was in May- perhaps they have changed their protocol now?). All of the customers were, but none of the people working the counter. Too bad! I'm sure I'll be back, and I hope to see masks next time!

I have been coming here for a few years and I forgot why I stopped coming but was quickly reminded today. This was the worst experience I have had. We went on a Sunday afternoon, had the combo pho with Jazen tea. Had to use the bathroom and it was disgusting!!! All the employees were hanging out having a party in the dinning area for one girl that was on a lunch break. After we ate we got our drinks and the passion fruit peach tea was AWFUL!!!!!!! So sour, mango were so hard and sour!! We asked the waitress to remake it and it was the same if not worse. We asked for a subsitution of a strawberry smoothie and the waitress just looked at us said NO. And walked away. So unreal. It was awful. Never going back to a place that treats their customers like that.
Amazing place with great pricing and fast service. Do not forget to take your bill to the front desk when you are done! The food is great and the people are really kind. I have been here multiple times and it gets better each visit.

I order from here often with door dash since there's not a lot of banh mi places around me and... lazy. It's really hit or miss, usually miss. But a girl needs her banh mi fix. Don't bother ordering soda, you pay $3 for a warm soda. Every time I've received one, it's been warm which is a bit silly when you're paying that price. Multiple times my order has been off. Like today I asked for extra jalapeí±o, instead I got zero. Which has happened before as well. The baguette ranges. Sometimes hard as a rock, sometimes perfect, sometimes almost a bit soggy. I've had pork banh mi, the vermicelli, pho and egg roll. Nothing is spectacular, just if you're desperate, it's an option.

Amazing service. Extremely nice people. Took a friend there for hot tea with boba. Quite a unique combination to order. Of course, there is no place for the boba straw for the hot tea cup. But, Win went out of his way to cut the top of the lid for the boba straw to fit. Win was very sweet and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. I'll definitely be back.
