Ive been a Jersey mikes loyal customer for a while now and never have I’ve been skimped on the meats like I did today. I ordered a number 9 and come home to be disappointed. Barely can I taste the meats, main thing I tasted was the bread and veggies which is crazy to me after being a customer for so long and also because it’s the meats is what sets Jersey mikes apart from any other sandwich shop. I will continue to be a customer but maybe try to weight the meat and provide with the actual amount of meat that is supposed to go each sandwich not just eye ball it which is what employees usually do and do ok with it but today I was left very disappointed. Do better.

I came to Jersey Mikes for the first time I was expecting to get a typical sub sandwich but one of the guys that works there his name is Mike. I saw him putting together one of the best looking Philly Cheesesteak that I ever saw, I ordered it and it was Definitely Delicious. From now on I know where to get the best sandwiches and I always ask for Mikes #17 and you won’t get better customer service from all the guys on the morning shift are great! But make sure you ask for Mike!!! At Jersey Mike’s ?

I had the Most Delicious Sandwich here called the Club Sub ! I really appreciate this Sandwich Shop. Mikes Way makes it taste amazing ! I also prefer this location because it’s close to my Work.
The roast beef certainly had the texture of meat, and it was cold like a cold cut, but had exactly zero flavor. The bread and cheese were also nearly flavorless. I would have left more stars simply because it was vaguely clean in the restaurant but this was literally the worst sub sandwich sandwich I've ever had. The whole sandwich just tasted of slightly oiled and peppered lettuce. I guess if you love the feint flavor of lettuce this is the place for you. Service for 5 people from the same car took almost 20 minutes because they kept stopping to do mobile orders in the middle of our orders.

I stopped at this location on my way home from work. So I walk in to see no customers or line. The guy behind the counter is working on a mobile order. He looks at me, but doesn't say anything as I was waiting at the counter. Another employee is walking around, but she doesn't say anything either. Another customer comes in, and the guy asks if he was picking up a mobile order. He says no. Now both of us are waiting in silence from the two behind the counter. After a few minutes, the guy takes my order (#9 Club Supreme). When I asked for Rosemary Parm Bread, he was not happy and tossed the white bread he had on the counter. He starts the sandwich and the lady asks if I want it Mike's Way. I said yes. I get home and the sandwich has no bacon like it is supposed to have. There was not much meat on the sandwich either. Overall the sandwich was disappointing, and the service was the worst! Avoid this location if you are wanting Jersey Mike's and look for another.
