Jersey Mike's Subs

We eat a #8 Giant Club at least once a week. The sub is perfect for two evening meals. The staff is friendly and the company supports many charities or disasters. The space to dine in is limited, but the flavor of the sandwiches is the best I have ever eaten.

We've eaten at this Jersey Mike's alot. And for being so new it is DIRTY. It has been going down hill in cleanliness. Today we got there at lunch time on a Sunday - they hadn't been open for long... we walked in and there was no customers. I had to ask for fresh lettuce before they started making our sub because the lettuce at the counter was brown. They changed it promptly. But under where they keep the vegetables had cloudy water with old vegetables floating. The floor is coated with vegetable pieces and old food. The grill has pieces of food all around the perimeter. They were out of bowls because someone had forgotten to bring them in. This establishment needs to get better about their cleaning protocols and staff training...

I went here the other time for a Regular Club Sub #8. Service was quick and my sandwich came out nicely the way I wanted it to be. The staffs are nice and especially that Trevin guy, he can crack a good joke while going godspeed on that slicer. Kudos to y'all!

Hard working and friendly staffs that always deliver the quality one can expect on a well crafted sub. I go here few times a week and none of the time I am dissatisfied with what I ordered, even during lunch or dinner rush.

Vegetarian options: #64 sub with grilled Portabella Mushroom ??

Gotta be the slowest Jersey Mike's in the country. Online order was almost 10 minutes late and there was no one else in the store.

Slow down and read the specifications of what was ordered . I’m tired of picking up a sub and it be missing toppings and ingredientsWent back the following weekend ordered a tuna sub mikes way . It had no lettuce on it. There was also nobody in the store and it wasn’t busy. I really don’t get it. Downgrade from 3 stars to 1 untill you can figure it out

I ordered 3 regular subs online on the website. So, I have copies of what I ordered and that is not what I got. One of the orders had no request for oregano on it but it had oregano all over it which ruined the sandwich for that person. And the other one asked for lettuce and tomatoes and there was only tomatoes which makes a big difference when you're looking to have some vegetables in your sandwich. So that was two of us, who got our orders done incorrectly that resulted in practically inedible sandwiches - for sure not what we expected. I tried to call the store to complain, and they never answered.

They have the best sandwiches

placed my order gave me total It sounded really high...i paid sat down to wait for my sandwich looked at receipt and it showed 2 charges for 3.50 for double meat...I asked cashier that I was overcharged and the manager says well you wasn't charged for the extra cheese...I look at online ordering and it should be 1.75 for extra meat and 1.00 for extra cheese not 7.00 like I was charged....They still never refunded my money....Will never patronize this company again....Poor customer service...they just want to rob the customer...I paid 20.60 for a regular cheesesteak with extra meat and cheese a large drink and 2 bags of small chips...

Great to have my favorite sandwich place in Round Rock. Great food and great service.
