We ordered a takeaway of five dishes, they messed up three of them and refused to refund since the manager was not there.
Such a bad service.
* The tofu was over and they cancelled the vegetarian dish without telling us. This is unfortunate since we would have ordered somewhere else.
* We specifically asked to put the sauce for the seared salmon on the side, and it was mixed in the dish.
* One of the dishes was literally half empty, which we discovered only when we opened the order.
I will not return there in the near future.

I used to love going here. But in the last 3 months they made a small change that ruined the experience for me. They stopped mixing in the fish, sauce, and mix -ins.
Instead now they just plop each on top of the other treating everything as a topping. It’s a small change but it does really does effect how the bowl taste. For example in the past sauce used to be evenly covered over the fish cucumber and whatever mix ins you would order. Now that they’ve gotten lazy, I’m getting mouth full of sauce covered over a single piece of fish despite how well I try mixing it in myself.
I brought this up to the staff and they say that they’ve gotten into the habit of not mixing it in because for whatever reason (laziness) and offered me a bowl to mix it in myself.
There’s a big sign in shop that says something along the lines of “ if it’s not just right, we will fix it for you”. I guess that doesn’t apply with this.
Unfortunately I won’t be coming back here for a while. Maybe I’ll come back in a few months to see if they’ve changed back to there old process

They have variety of side dishes like gotchujang paste or other ingredient like tuna or brown rice and white rice. Price is not bad. If you want big bowl, you need to pay 17 dollars around.

Food is decent, good for the price. However, the last time we went to dine in, we walked in about an hour before closing. The dining area was already cleaned with tables put up, and we were told we needed to take out. Instead, we left and dined elsewhere. The experience put us off a bit, but helped us discover a different poke place so now we know we have options if it's 6:55 pm and we'd like to sit for dinner.

After waiting in line for a while, we get to the server and ask for two açaí bowls. He makes a shooing motion Indicating we should move down the line to the cashier. $30 later, we have two very small açaí bowls with overripe bananas and the tops of strawberries (leaves included). I think this place should stick to just poke.

Ordered five signature poke bowls for $10 each on just poke Tuesday. The seared salmon signature bolt as well as the rainbow bowl were fabulous.

Nice and friendly staff, and good food. I love that they have acai bowls, and the acai bowls are a good portion (whereas some at other places are a little too big).

Ordered take-out for lunch and ate an hour after I bought it. The rice was so hot that it cooked my raw salmon and the texture was very off. They were also stingy with their protein scoops and didn’t weigh it out.
Walked in before 7:30pm. The employee made me wait a few minutes before she came to assist me. As soon as the clock hit 7:30, the employee turned off the screens and said it’s only build your own bowls starting from 7:30pm and they cannot make anything else on the menu such as their seared fish bowls. I told her I wanted a seared bowl, she said they already turned off the machines they use for searing…Umm isn’t it just a torch? Then if I wanted that, I’d have to wait till after she assists the people behind me. This was 30 minutes before closing! They close at 8pm!
I decided to give them another try at a different time and ordered the seared salmon bowl. The salmon wasn’t seared, it was fully cooked 😅.
The store also had a funky smell both times I visited.

My first time trying this place! It was better than I expected! Very tasty Garlic Shrimp Bowl. Super recommend it for a fast meal. The place is popular, a lot of people coming and going while I was there!

No one is on the same page about what to charge for changes to the bowls. The workers do not listen very well to what you want then end up remaking it. You’re serving low grade fish not gold. Not sure if it’s everyone’s first job or lack of common sense here. This place is also not nearly as clean as the Issaquah location. I tried 4 times to give this place and the different people a chance…I’ll stick to “fool me once…”

Not sure who’s in charge of this location, but there is literally no order to anything..online orders are complete disaster as you get a notification to track your order it appears as if it takes you every step of the way through the process of preparation through to your order being complete and ready for pick up however, when you arrive there, Your order is not even made yet and they tell you that the Text tracking system is not correct and yet still do not start on your order until three walk-ins place their order and leave with their order and then to top it off, I find out later that they did not even place any utensils in my to go order nor Napkins or anything. There goes my whole lunch break.
They are so stingy with the scoops to the point where the weigh it and its still not enough protein
I hate leaving a bad review here because it used to be my favorite spot. Today’s service was horrible. Very pushy and seemed like they were mad at having to work or something. Scoops were fast and sloppy and not full at all. Brown rice tasted like it was days old and no one thought to add water to reheat it. Really poor quality of all of it. Blah experience overall. Sad. Pointers? Greet people, have patience, and fake it if you’re not happy or find another job. Simply care, does a lot for a business.
