Staff wasn't overly kind or anything, but despite the bad reviews, the place was really clean and the food came out nice and hot.

This is a horrible KFC. After a 50min round trip, I find out they did not get my order right. It missed several items. This looks like a run down KFC and should not be operating at any cost.

fell asleep and forgot to pickup my order and went to pick it up 4 hours later and he remade it for me without even asking and was very kind about it. thanks guys and the food was great

Ordered for pickup and walked in for my order. They got my order wrong in multiple ways (missing items and given wrong items) and they packed it so everything was falling out of the bag. We had to go through drive through again and wait another 10 minutes for our order to get fixed. The place is really dirty, disorganized, and understaffed. The lady at the front was unable to speak well and was hard to communicate with. The food quality was semi fresh. The sandwiches were fresh, but all the sides were not fresh until after we went back to get our order remade. This is probably the worst KFC I've been to, and it has never improved over the years. It's always been a bad KFC, but this night was one of the worst experiences I've had at KFC.

Very dirty tables not clean. Had to eat in car. No napkins given. Food was lukewarm at best. Once again 3 people bill over $75.00. Very overpriced with no customer service. Will not be returning to KFC. Anywhere.

Made a late night run from the hotel and was impressed with the customer service received from the employee in drive thru. Unfortunately we didn't get his name but he had red hair. He was very friendly, helpful, and offered suggestions and recommendations. I guess we had a better experience than others.
