They just got everything wrong. When I came in for pick up, there was exactly 1 customer in the store so I assumed since they weren't busy at all my order was correct. But when I got home, I looked in the bag and they didn't give me the sauces I asked for and they got the sides wrong. And then when I was eating my chicken, I found multiple hairs in one of the pieces. Like, what? It felt like I was in a movie. Anything they could've done wrong, they did wrong. Terrible.

Places an order online and the entire order was wrong. Tried calling but no one picked up. I’m not sure how this happens but hopefully we will get a refund. Terrible experience, don’t go here.

Never picks up their phone. Then we decided to walk in, but they got our order wrong. We got small bucket instead of the large. Damn it.

ordered 2 tenders boxes at 15802 Bear creek pky. the order don't come with dip cup, call the store didn't have anyone pick up the phone....

Wow. Very abrasive drive thru staff, watery pasty odd mac and cheese, extremely salty old chicken, biscuit was good though seems I got that fresh and hot at least. I wouldn't visit again though.
