The food and coffee were delicious, and we got our order pretty quickly. The açaí bowl was very cold with frozen berries, which was a bit disappointing, though it might actually be nice on a hot summer day. The place is very cozy, and we’ll definitely come back!

Great staff, in fact I used to go to the one in kirkland and now the only one I go is the redmond one. All the staff is really nice specially the manager (GUILHERME) 👏

I’ve been to this location more than once because, truthfully, the food is worth it. The açaí bowls are fresh, the pão de queijo hits the spot, and the Brazilian vibe is unique—definitely not your average coffee shop. That said, the experience beyond the food has been consistently disappointing.

Every visit comes with a 20-minute wait, even when the place isn’t packed. The staff seems overwhelmed, and the energy feels tense. What really pushed me away was the manager’s attitude—he looked visibly annoyed to be there, gave off a snobbish vibe, and didn’t engage with customers or his own team. It was uncomfortable enough that I walked out without ordering last time.

I’ll give another Kitanda location a shot, but I won’t be returning to Redmond Town. Great food can only carry so much when the service and leadership are this disconnected.

I’ve been here multiple times and have had bad service each time. The people working do not address me, continue prepping orders and then address other people instead of me. They put in a kiosk which is just an iPad that doesn’t function when it came to paying. The breads are ok and the coffee is decent and the bowls are good. Just real strange customer service. Ordering online might help avoid the poorly trained teens behind the service counter.

Bought the Lena bowl and it was frozen couldn’t eat it.(normally not frozen hard) got a hot coffee they gave me a cup that was damaged and I burned my thigh, I went back to ask for a different cup, so I proceeded to explained what happened why I needed a new cup both employees looked at each other laughed and the guy decided for some reason to give me attitude ( I think he thought I was there to complain all I wanted was a new cup) he was very rude no care in the world no Hey I’m sorry that happened what can I do to help? ….. nothing. Very unprofessional way to speak or deal with a customer. Last time I go there. Service is horrible and the wait is unreal.

Stayed across the street from this place. Was looking for coffee but instead stumbled upon this place. Smells are great and counter service is good. I thought the pricing was great for a açaí bowl but when I got the bowl it was a lot smaller than expected. However, it was very very good and much needed.

My favorite kitanda location :). Their acai is the best in the area! I personally love the energy blast.

Is it reasonable to wait 30 mins for 2 acai bowls with a relatively empty store?

Great food, horribly slow and inefficient service. Lines are often long despite 3 or more people working behind the counter. Very inefficient service.
