Brazilian latte was fantastic! I do wish it was served a bit hotter however. The service was lacking- it was probably more to do with it being around the holidays and ordering through a kiosk instead of a human. They didn’t get our order right the first time, but were quick to correct it. LOVED the Bis wafers served with each coffee and the little mini market of Brazilian snacks.

Last year, I visited Kitanda and, although the food was incredibly good, the customer service was disappointing. Because of that experience, I hesitated, but I decided to return today to give it a second chance. I am very happy to say that the food remains outstanding, and the coffee absolutely exceptional. It is even better than before, and I am confident that something has changed in the roasting process. Congratulations to the team responsible for roasting the coffee. As for the service, it has improved tremendously. The customer service is now excellent, with attentive and kind staff. I would like to give special recognition to a team member named Issadora, who was extremely helpful and professional, though the entire team deserves praise as well. I highly recommend giving Kitanda another visit

Amazing food, one of my favorite spots, but was refused service by employee Jillian, who claims you need to be there at least 20 minutes before they close to get an açai bowl. Not sure if this is a store policy I’m not aware of, or if she just wanted to leave early, but would have been nice to know before driving 20 minutes to get here. I love this place but Jillian’s disrespect and unwillingness to cooperate makes it hard to go back.

Amazing place! The food is always good, delicious, and beautifully prepared you can really taste the quality. The coffee and açaí are some of the best in the area.

The service is outstanding: friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, great coffee, and excellent service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Fantastic food and drinks! They are consistently great and the main attraction. However, the service is a serious issue. I have been here numerous times, and the staff is always very slow and notably unfriendly
