Brazilian latte was fantastic! I do wish it was served a bit hotter however. The service was lacking- it was probably more to do with it being around the holidays and ordering through a kiosk instead of a human. They didn’t get our order right the first time, but were quick to correct it. LOVED the Bis wafers served with each coffee and the little mini market of Brazilian snacks.

Last year, I visited Kitanda and, although the food was incredibly good, the customer service was disappointing. Because of that experience, I hesitated, but I decided to return today to give it a second chance. I am very happy to say that the food remains outstanding, and the coffee absolutely exceptional. Amazing place! The food is always good, delicious, and beautifully prepared you can really taste the quality. The coffee and açaí are some of the best in the area.

The service is outstanding: friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, great coffee, and excellent service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
