Stumbled across this gem walking back to the hotel. Food was excellent and paired nicely with Mango green tea. Don’t know what to order, no problem. Staff was friendly and helped me select a delicious Shoyu ramen dish with soft boiled egg and pork.

I visited this place 2 times within 3 days. Had a pretty decent experience during the first visit. The soup base of their signature ramen is pretty good and service is on par with what I was expecting. Therefore I brought my wife to visit it the 2nd time 2 days after, in hope of a similar experience. The service was fine but the food quality was very disappointing:* The soup base of ramen was inconsistent, it was nothing but salty unlike my first visit. Bamboo in the soup were likely from dried bamboo but not fully saturated before serving which left a clear dry food smell.* the ten don sauce was way too salty and made the rice/tempura barely edible. The bowl used for serving was too large so the steam from rice quickly made all tempura soggy. The service team in restaurants is not the one to be blamed for this since I suspect most of ingredients are prepared in central kitchen. (soup base and ten don sauce) And the soggy tempura could be a outcome of a bad SOP.Nevertheless, the overall experience of my 2nd visit was disappointing, especially in contrast with my first visit.

Being a vegetarian, it is tough to find a ramyeon place catering vegetarian options. This place has very limited yet decent options and it is my go to place for some comfort food. My non-vegetarian friends enjoy the place too.Vegetarian options: They have 4-5 vegetarian options. For the main course, only one vegetarian option though. I love their potato croquettes and vegetarian gyoza.

The BEST ramen. All the flavors are amazing, including the spicy gekikara! And the chicken karage is so delicious. I love this place!

Food is really good, but not the best I’ve ever had. The ramen is satisfying, but I’d recommend the low sodium versions as the traditional is too much for me. The toppings are fantastic, particularly the ramen egg. Overall very good, especially for value, in downtown Redmond!

Garlic Tonkatsu ramen is where its at! The broth was flavorful, but could have used more garlic flavor. The noodles were the perfect consistency, but the cha siu could have been more tender. The soft boiled egg was delicious though with the soy sauce marinade and runny yolk. The portion was perfect and I was full after finishing the bowl. Staff were very nice, and accommodating especially since we had a big party of people. They were quick to get our food out and fulfilled our requests in a timely manner. Kizuki is also located in the Redmond Town Center and is the perfect place to get a bite to eat after walking around or warming up.

Take out - eat in, whatever it's always good. I highly recommend this location too. The owner is kind, personable, and the food in on point. I really am critical too. (As I typically prefer pho) 5 stars. Redmond benefits from this spot. Would highly recommend.
