Start to finish, a disappointment. Wait staff seemed confused and made multiple errors. I was served the wrong salad, but the chef argued it was the correct one. What?!? The bill was incorrect. The scampi was awful and not even deveined. Avoid this place like the plague.

Great food in a pleasant location. A quiet restaurant that you can have a conversation without shouting. A undiscovered treasure that we enjoy

Two stars because this restaurant has a lot of potential...Placed a take out order tonight. Requested the sauce on the side of a Chicken Parmesan for my two year old. Upon pick up, the restaurant is filthy, dusty and cluttered. There is major inconsistency in their dishes. We ate here a week ago and had angel hair pasta with our Eggplant Parmesan. Tonight we got cold spaghetti noodles on the side of our Chicken and Eggplant Parm. The sauce was on our Chicken Parmesan not on the side. Disappointed, I paid $90 for three dishes and they were cold and weren't even what we expected to receive (angel hair noodles, sauce on side). I'd like consistency, especially when ordering a $30 meal for a toddler.

So good flavors but pasta was over cooked and not enough pasta

The food was practically inedible, and the ambiance felt stale/dusty.We ordered two dishes with chicken, and the chicken tasted off and looked like it had been cooked in the microwave. The pasta sauce tasted like it came out of a jar.We also ordered garlic bread. It seemed like it was just frozen garlic bread that they heated up. It wasn’t even fully heated through. We couldn’t bring ourselves to finish the meal. Ended up paying and eating somewhere else.

We came for a spontaneous weekday dinner since the power at home out for hours. This place is cute little gem in Redmond Ridge. They were understaffed but still provided good service with great food. I had the eggplant parmigiana, which was delicious! The mushroom ravioli had a milder flavor but I still enjoyed it. We had tiramisu for dessert, simply divine. Overall, I'd come back. Happy eating!

Everything was great, including excellent service. We had the steak, pasta primavera, calamari, caprese salad. All excellent!

Don't get scared! The restaurant may look dark inside and no one may be seated, but you will have a great time! Food is really good, too! Ambiance -3/5. It looks like a charming old town Italian restaurant. Service - 4/5, very attentive and warm. Food - 4/5. The chef used to be a baker apparently. Their garlic bread is so scrumptious. Their calamari in tomato sauce and carbonara were pretty good. The tagliatelle with wild mushrooms were very tasty. Their house wine, Chianti and Sauvignon Blanc were both good, too! We'd definitely come back here again even though this is middle of nowhere.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday with dinner. The calamari appetizer was fresh and elegantly served. Spinach salad with mushrooms, bacon, and Gorgonzola was delicious. The three pasta dishes we tried were absolutely perfect! Service was well paced and attentive. We will definitely return to Luigi's!

Food subpar Service none, when we got there we were one of two parties at the restaurant ( we had 3 and they had 3). Forgot to bring us bread to have with our wine and then brought it after bringing the entrees. Never stopped by the table after bringing the bread so one of the persons in our party got up and walked over to the counter to get some Parmesan cheese which was the stuff that comes in a can. Not very fresh. Ambiance not much. I would suggest cleaning your dirty windows that face the parking lot. I could not tell if all the smearing was on the inside or the outside. Either way, clean both sides because every time a car pulls up to go next door to pickup a pizza from Papa Murphy's, we can clearly see dirty windows.

Sasha was our server and we enjoyed every second of it! Everything from his jokes to his character made our dinner that much better. Our drinks were always full and the check ups were perfect. The amazing chicken parmesan was the cherry on the top to this excellent restaurant. We will definitely be coming back for the great food and service!
