Walked in to order and then proceeded to walk out when I saw there was a 21% service charge added to the entire order, which seemingly isn't disclosed anywhere onsite or on the website. Seems like a deceptive practice to keep menu prices artificially low.

So my party of 5 came in for the first time and this will be our last time eating here. I ordered a southern salad (about $14), when it came it was missing 5 items that were suppose to be on my salad. Nothing was said to me, when I realized I brought my plate back to the service counter and was told they were out of several ingredients. Nothing was mentioned when placing my order. They added a few other things, one being avaocado which was supposed to be have added in the first place. It wasn't until I was about done with my food, that I found hair on my plate. Two other members of my party also found black hair on their plates. When we brought it to the people behind the counter's attention, there was NO APOLOGY or offer to make it right, or discount. The food service people are not wearing hair nets. DO NOT EAT HERE. They do not care about food safety and handling.

Consistently gets your order wrong or forgets items on order, food quality does not match price, employees incapable of handling mistakes and terrible at communicating (didn't even have the ingredients to make what I ordered yet let me pay for it anyway) and management uninterested in fixing or compensating for their mistakes. A sad excuse for a business, do not support or purchase from.

Three times in a row I've ordered doordash from this restaurant, three times in a row they have either sent the wrong items or not included them at all, and after I went into the store to ask for my food they said they didn't even have the ingredients to make the items I ordered and basically said there was nothing they could do about it. They said they would call the manager so he could discuss a refund, and after talking to him he said he would call me the next day and confirm a refund or compensation. I never received a call. Due to the constant mistakes and incompetent management I will no longer be ordering from this location and neither should you

The food was poorly cooked and not good at all. I used to frequent here often but the portion and cook on the food was horrible. They also don’t take orders you do the work (manually put in your order, pick up your order, fill up your own drinks, clean up your own table) and it still asks for a tip. it’s just too expensive for the lack of service and poor food.

One star because the delivery was on time and contact less with no spills. A lack of the rest of the stars due to the order being missing items, and honestly terrible. What happened to the good old days of lunchbox lab with good burgers and fancy ingredients? Lately it's basically on par with McDonald's. Tiny, dry , but also underdone patties and substandard (no more brioche) buns and toppings. Meh. Won't be getting my business anymore.

The place is tasty, but the portions are tiny and it is wildly expensive for what you get. Not to mention they will charge you a service fee.Burger/Tots/Small 12 oz drink was almost 22$.

Wow, tiny portions for the price. We will never come back again. Fries were 4 bucks and seems like literally half a potato, less than 20 pieces. The burger taste was good but I cannot rationalize the costs. Kids Mac and cheese wouldn't satisfy a 3year old. The digital ordering menu was also super confusing and difficult to browse. For the kids meal, it tries to trick you to pay for the drink that should already be included. From burger to meal you pay $7 for a drink and tiny fries. The hostess has trouble explaining anything to me.
