These guys need to work on their customer service. This is the second time when the staff getting sweets for me was annoyed and rude while waiting for me to make choices. Impatience comes naturally to them, not surprised! Am not visiting this store anymore. Work on your attitude guys, or else you might have to close down this store too!!!
I brought some sweets in mid October & when I reached home and open the box, I see fungus. When I went back to Mayuri & asked them, they said they don’t prepare the sweets in house. Then why the prepared date and best if consumed by date are not displayed? Be careful while buying any sweets from Mayuri. You never know when they got into the store. Maybe a month to 3 months back. Glad that I found the fungus, before I feed them to kids. Even though they refunded my money back, it’s not advisable to buy from this place.

As someone that reviews Indian food across the US, I was recommended this place by the Uber driver (of Indian origin) and ordered this via Uber eats.
The packaging was fantastic! Much better than any other Indian restaurant that I have used which is awesome. I ordered Chilli Paneer (dry) and the Goat Keema biryani. The biryani was nice, warm and perfect! The Chilli paneer was not (dry) as you can see in the picture but was tasty enough to fill my palette. It is these little details that take us from good to great :).

Staff is arrogant and dishonest. They don't take orders on phone and had to go in twice to place an order. According to the staff, price of snacks fluctuates daily. Zero professionalism and courtesy.

NO DECENCY ! NO RESPECT FOR TIME !
I called Mayuri bakery to order a custom cake, and they asked me to walk-in to place the order. I called on thursday, trying to get a cake for Saturday. The guy over the phone, told me to walkin same day so they can place the order. Mind you, he went back and forth with the baker, getting all my information, and sounding like this is not a problem at all. I drove all the way from Kent to Redmond, just to be told, they have no spot available for Saturday. I kept telling him, like hey, someone just spoke with me over the phone and gave me different/ false information and they should honor atleast me coming down there. No one heard me, they kept repeating the same thing over and over. I was like, if you would have said this before I drove here, it would have saved me a lot of trouble. I asked to talk to the manager, and they did not let me talk to anyone, saying he is busy, come another time. like, are you seriously kidding me! If this guy would have given me correct information over the phone, i won't have driven 45 mins and wasted my time and gas to have them disrespect me in front of 40 people in their store. They have no respect for your time, for your money and definitely not for you. I asked to speak to the owner or have his number, I was denied everything.
So Mr. owner, you need to FIRE your staff for treating your customers like this.

Stay away if you are buying birthday cakes for kids. Understand this is a good choice for kids but unfortunately they mess up the order and have no alternatives. I ordered an eggless black forest for my son’s birthday and was given a butter scotch with all the decorations requested . No clue until we cut the cake and when I called back was told they cannot do anything since we cut the cake and it was more than a day. Very poor customer service and no one seems to care or show any real concern. Sad to see the service go down hill over the years.

We had gone for some grocery shopping and decided to have snacks there.
Its a self service joint which is quite clean.
The Plain and Rawa Dosa were Crisp and tasty. However the Sambar was Just Average.
The Onion Dosa was Let Down as we found that Raw Onion was chopped and spread inside a Plain Dosa and then termed as Onion Dosa. Just Not Done.

Mayuri has been our goto place since 2021. We love it.
We visited this place this week. We were coming from a very long drive, and evening is when we were able to sit and eat in the entire day’s schedule. We were ordering few more dishes (two main, two appetizers and two chais) and suddenly the guy at the counter asks, how many people are there in our group. We said my husband, I and our toddler kid. He passed a comment like “So many food items for just two of us and our kid?”. We felt very frustrated and we wanted to immediately cancel the order and walk out. I don’t understand. Do you guys even want business? Isn’t it a good thing for you if one orders few more dishes?
See you maybe having a long day, probably even you wanted to vent out your frustration but does that mean you can pass whatever comment you feel is right ? That’s why 1 star. Even if you can’t handle customers, don’t give this unnecessary talk. This kinda attitude where we have to get unnecessary comments from you on how many dishes we are ordering and for how many people is something no one will take it in a right way especially for folks after a long day without food.
We love your food. We will definitely visit you again but customer care service is something you have to improve.

Products are overpriced compared to other Indian stores in the area.
While traveling to Redmond, I had a craving for Indian food. This was nearest to the hotel and tried it. Decent place. I wouldn’t say the food taste was great but it was OK. Took chola bhatura and sev puri. Chaat was spicy and nice. Chole were OK. They had out the onions and pickle on a paper napkin beneath the bhatura which I didn’t like.
