A grateful shout out to the employees and owner of the McDonalds on Novelty Hill Road in Redmond King County this morning who provided much needed hot coffee & breakfasts to area residents who were without power and to top it off they would not let us pay for the breakfasts. What a great gesture of kindness they shared with their community! Thank you! I'm Lovin' it!

Customers have noticed a recent improvement in customer service under new management, with friendly staff members who aim to please. The owner is active in ensuring customers are happy and helping staff. It's a clean and relaxed environment, perfect for enjoying a variety of meals like happy meals, mcdoubles, strawberry and cream pies, and large frappes with flavors like mocha and caramel. However, there are some changes that have been met with mixed feelings, such as the removal of the drink refill machine and the dropping of Coke zero from the drink options. While the food remains at McDonald's standards, the French fries can range from awesome and addicting to cold and oily. The shake machine appears to be consistently working, and customers are reminded not to forget their apple pie.
