We can and waited in line and because the woman behind the counter took a long time we got to the window 1 minute past when they closed. She refused to serve us. I used to work at a coffee shop and wouldn't turn someone away who was waiting before we closed because it was one minute late. This was a skinny blonde girl working there I didn't get her name. Anyway it's terrible service and we drove twenty minutes to get a nice drive with our newborn and it was ruined by one minute and bad service. Go to the other mercury this one has bad employees. I've never ever had a bad experience in sammamish, just the renton one.

I asked the barista for recommendations and was not disappointed. On another visit I asked for the lowest sugar version of a drink and they were able to still make it taste sweet enough for this owner of a sweet tooth.
Now I make it a point to visit on the rare occasions I am in the area

amazing coffee!!!! tried it in Madison indiana at the Madison regatta! I hope they open a coffee shop in Madison and all over indiana!

Never fails to disappoint! Even though it doesn’t show on the menu in person, the blue raspberry Italian soda without red bull with cream and whip is so good!!

Prices went way up and service way down. Feels like a frat house sometimes and especially newer staff are just awkward and often sloppy.Did I mention its like $6 or $7 for a medium latte if you decide to actually flavor it or dare add anything extra, just not worth it...

Everything was great until I signed up for the “loyalty” program. Had to do it twice, my number and email STILL won’t link to the account so it doesn’t work. The gift card they gave me and said “here’s $10 for signing up” is actually empty, and there’s no customer service email or number on it for resolution. I had no idea what a scam this place was until this all happened so I guess I’m glad to find out and avoid them.
