Mercurys Coffee Co. - Redmond

Coffee here is top tier, and of the five Murcurys locations I've been to, this is the best (staff and character, plus the food selection is the best... coffee at all are great and consistent ). I have tried 3/4 of all the specialty drinks and not one was disappointing. Now I candecide which one to get.

Super friendly staff and if you drop your chocolate covered espresso bean they'll give you a new one. Wonderful vibes.

Always really well staffed and clean. Solid food options served in what feels like the silver surfer's home. Somewhat of a boutique SB chain vibe.

Mercury coffee in Redmond.

Generally highly underrated pateries. Not sure what happened to this batch though. The everything crossiant had this weird dried out hard cooked egg, But I like the flavors.

This review is being written after a doordash order. Two teas were ordered, both weren't steeped long enough and both were overfilled with milk and sugar. The soy milk request for one was ignored and regular milk was used, making the drink a health risk for the person it was ordered for. This may be an issue with the doordash app and the location, and if so, work needs to be put in to ensure doordash orders are better.

I didn't get a chance to get coffee cuz I was in a hurry and they were super busy at 1 in the afternoon. I didn't think I had time cuz of the long line.

Ordered 24 oz Italian soda with no ice, they said since there’s no ice it will be 16 oz and charged me 10$.
That is disappointing because other stores will give you full 24 oz drink even if you asking to make your drink without ice

Their matcha latte sucks. It is really watery and matcha tastes bad. I could also feel the tiny sugar crystals, because they werent blended well.

I used to love Mercurys and their bees knees tea latte. As of late, it has been kind of expensive simply because the drink quality is super inconsistent at this location, and many of their locations honestly. Also not a very good food rating for them currently (this specific location!!) so hoping they can change things around and maybe we will give them another go as I used to love it here.

It's one of my favorite Mercury coffee locations. Convenient stop for a road trip. Coffee, yummy pastry, out the door, and I am on the 520... Road Trip 🤠up
