Buliding 34 is the most popular and very busy. Building 16 is less chaotic and has a coffee shop. cookies are huge and about $1.50 for one. The pho was small. $10 and the noodles kind of stick to the compostable bowl. Free drinks are hidden in view. (Vita Coco, Talking Rain, Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, and more).
I'm a regular at Cafe 16 - Definitely one of the best lunch spots on Microsoft's campus. Wide variety! The lines can get long and move pretty slow though. Pro tip: Try to come in before noon to beat the lunch rush. Ordering by 11:45am can make a huge difference in the time it takes to get your food. Nothing particularly healthy here and quality is mall food court level. Lettuce wrap at the sandwich place was a pile of shredded iceburg(!) lettuce next to a deconstructed sandwich which really stumped me. You don't get to order from a person it's all from screens which don't let you remove or add ingredients from/to a sandwich. Not a place I would probably lunch at again. The coffee place has really good pastry but doesn't open early enough to go before work starts.
