The place is open till 12 so if you have one of those midnight cravings be sure to reach in time.One thing I didn't like was that I would have really enjoyed my cookie if it was a bit warmed up. Small cookie shop with 2 vegan cookie options, a classic chocolate chip and cookies and cream. The cookies themselves are excellent, big, very soft and chewy, just wish there were more vegan options. They also have vegan ice cream so you can get ice cream sandwiches. We took them home but there is plenty of outdoor seating nearby. Hoping for more vegan flavors soon!

A few weeks ago I went to Redmond Town Center anticipating grabbing some Cow Chip Cookies to find that they were closed and vacated. I felt bad because I liked the little cookie store and wondered what had happened. I was pleasantly surprised to find Midnight Cookie in its place today! The good news is that Cow Chip Cookies closed for the best of reasons - the owner operator decided to retire after running a successful business. Now Midnight Cookie is not Cow Chop Cookies. You will not find cookies of various sizes here. All the cookies appeared to be of a standard cookie size, which is perfectly acceptable to me. Where Midnight Cookie lacks in sizes it makes up in flavors. They have a wide variety of flavors including a fruity pebble flavor that was quite unique! Their cookies are also very soft and squishy which I really like. They had a special - an orange cream that wasn't very remarkable but their classic chocolate chip was dreamy. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and helpful. He explained they had only been open a couple weeks hence why their sign is currently located on the ground propped against the building. What more can I say? Tasty cookies are back at Redmond Town Center!
