The cake and cupcakes for our daughter's wedding were terrific! The taste of course was amazing! The decorations were just stunning and fit so well with the wedding theme, including beautiful edible flowers on all the desserts. Mike was great to work with, highly recommend!

Mike made an amazing cake creation for my son’s first birthday party. From concept to design and execution - all superb. We loved the end result, including the taste. After a few initial tastings we chose strawberry with vanilla cake. It was moist and so yummy. All of our guests really enjoyed the cake. One person noted that artistic cakes often don’t taste very good — but this one did! We’ll definitely order from Mike again.

I asked if he could send me an invoice for payment and he treated me like an inconvenience when I eventually called to make a payment since he didn’t respond to my email and it was the last day to get me booked in time for my event. When someone is paying a lot for a cake the least you can do is be nice to your customers. A simple yes or no answer would have been fine, not giving people an attitude. I’ll be going to someone who actually wants their business.

We called Mike to make my daughter’s wedding cake . We live out of state and he sent over samples to accommodate us although our mail system lost the samples we went with our gut and just hired him taste unknown . He showed up on time at the venue as promised and delivered the best tasting cake we have ever had . Thanks Mike your cakes really are amazing !

We got our wedding cake from Mike and it was absolutely delicious and beautiful. Working with Mike was super easy and smooth. We got some initial tastings done and then decided to get the Coffee with Baileys and Marble and Amaretto as our tiered cake flavours. The design of the cake was just as we had discussed and matched our vision. All in all, delicious and beautiful cake and a wonderful experience working with Mike. Our guests kept asking if we had extra boxes of cake to take home :)

His attention to details, Unique ability to capture the gist of what the customers are looking for, and the actual understanding of the intricacies of pastry making are of the highest order. it is very important that we support local artists like Mike - Especially because Mike makes a very significant difference in any event he provides his cakes to. Amazing designs and flavors!

Hiya i got my friend to order my daughter 2nd birthday cake it was a ballerina cake she sent pictures of what I wanted and told him I wanted the same as the picture he said he could do it. I paid an extra $95 for a ballerina for the cake because I wanted everything perfect he’s sent a picture of the cake when it was done The ballerina he made was a male not a female I don’t understand who would do something so bad to try ruin a 2year old girls birthday I was very up set and I asked him please could he fix the problem he made he was very rude on the phone to me he told me that the ballerina was a woman and that he can’t do nothing about it I felt sick to my stomach because I could not cancel the cake because my daughters birthday two days later he did refund me for the ballerina but it was never about the money. I think he’s a horrible man and I really don’t Recommend him to anyone. The first 2 picture is what I pacifically asked for and what he made was so different and the ballerina is a male I think hes Ridiculous and a joke to be honest

Mike said yes to a unique request, when many cake makers said no!!! He made a wonderful custom cake for my husband's birthday - it was incredible looking, as well as delicious. We got lots of questions from family and neighbors about how tasty it was and wanted to know more. I could tell he took special care in making this, and is truly a professional in his craft. My niece LOVES Vampire Diaries and Mike made an awesome cake for her 21st birthday! This “burn cake”, which revealed a picture of Damon Salvatore under the top paper, shocked her and she couldn’t stop smiling. The cake also tasted amazing. I do not like fondant but the fondant on this cake was so good. The lemon cake itself was perfectly moist and the raspberry buttercream was a true buttercream not artificial tasting like when bakers use an all Crisco Recipe. His pricing was about what I would expect to pay for a custom cake. He was very responsive to email when planning out what I wanted. I would definitely contact Mike again for my future custom cake needs.
