Mike's Amazing Cakes

Hiya i got my friend to order my daughter 2nd birthday cake it was a ballerina cake she sent pictures of what I wanted and told him I wanted the same as the picture he said he could do it. I paid an extra $95 for a ballerina for the cake because I wanted everything perfect he’s sent a picture of the cake when it was done The ballerina he made was a male not a female I don’t understand who would do something so bad to try ruin a 2year old girls birthday I was very up set and I asked him please could he fix the problem he made he was very rude on the phone to me he told me that the ballerina was a woman and that he can’t do nothing about it I felt sick to my stomach because I could not cancel the cake because my daughters birthday two days later he did refund me for the ballerina but it was never about the money. I think he’s a horrible man and I really don’t Recommend him to anyone. The first 2 picture is what I pacifically asked for and what he made was so different and the ballerina is a male I think hes Ridiculous and a joke to be honest

Mike said yes to a unique request, when many cake makers said no!!! He made a wonderful custom cake for my husband's birthday - it was incredible looking, as well as delicious. My niece LOVES Vampire Diaries and Mike made an awesome cake for her 21st birthday! This “burn cake”, which revealed a picture of Damon Salvatore under the top paper, shocked her and she couldn’t stop smiling. The cake also tasted amazing. I do not like fondant but the fondant on this cake was so good. The lemon cake itself was perfectly moist and the raspberry buttercream was a true buttercream not artificial tasting like when bakers use an all Crisco Recipe. His pricing was about what I would expect to pay for a custom cake. He was very responsive to email when planning out what I wanted. I would definitely contact Mike again for my future custom cake needs.

We cannot recommend Mike’s Amazing Cakes highly enough! For an incredibly reasonable price, we received two delectable cakes for our wedding. The almond roca cake was a standout, all of our guests loved it. Although we encountered a hiccup with the delivery, Mike’s dedication to customer satisfaction truly shone through. He went above and beyond by personally driving out to our venue to ensure everything was perfect for our big day.

Mike’s Amazing Cakes not only delivered on taste but also on exceptional service. We would definitely order from them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a cake.

We hired mikes amazing cakes to make my wedding cake. They were always fast to respond, the price was amazing and the cake was so delicious that people are still telling me how much they enjoyed it! We got vanilla cake with caramel frosting. If i ever need a fancy cake again i will 100% be returning here. Highly recomend!

I ordered a cake for my sister’s 80th birthday. She loves gardening and Mike suggested a pot of flowering plants. She and the rest of the guests were truly amazed! We worked with Mike both for our wedding cake as well as a birthday cake with a sculpted alpaca. The wedding cake was beautiful and the birthday cake adorable! Whether you know exactly what you want or need a bit of guidance Mike can help you brainstorm and is very clear in his pricing so there are no surprises. We did different flavors for the different tiers and got multiple compliments from our guests on a very tasty cake. Mike was super professional and we would definitely hire him again if we need a unique cake again!

We chose Mike’s Amazing Cakes for three reasons: the cakes are beautiful, the cost is reasonable, and the cake actually tastes good! We tried a few other places where the cakes just tasted sugary or they were going to cost $15/serving. We asked Mike for a custom flavor (dark chocolate) and it was exactly what I was looking for. All four flavors were delicious, we ordered extra cake and we didn’t have a single piece left over! Multiple people ate two slices, and we got a ton of compliments on the design and the flavors. We chose a relatively simple design and let Mike run with it and he created something that was somehow exactly what we wanted and better than we could have imagined!

My daughter wanted a boba/bubble-tea themed birthday and Mike definitely delivered! The cake was a big hit and made us all so happy. Professional, perfectly crafted and priced fairly. Tasted good too (we got lemon). I also appreciated the planning process also, from his inquiry about very specific colors to his meticulous execution of details. Cake was ready for pickup at the agreed upon time and well packaged for travel in my husband's car. Really great experience at a time that was stressful for me (planning my kid's party and wanting everything to go right). Highly recommend this company.
