This was our first visit to MOD Pizza in Redmond. First impression: it has a very atmospheric design that is quite impressive due to the dark tones and creates a welcoming feelings.Cons: dirty tables and a lot of trash around the garbage area.

I shouldn't have to deal with employees being visibly irritated that I'm ordering food an hour before closing. They had the toppings broken down and were breaking them down as we were ordering. If you want to do all of that stuff earlier then close at 10 instead of 11. What an awful experience.

Excellent pizza. Requested Extra Crispy. Got it. Cook (shift lead?) was extremely good at their job. Thanks!

The new counter staff were AMAZING to my husband and me. They prepared our pizza quickly and exactly to our preferences. They provided us with disposable water glasses and an extra plate for dining in. They even kindly showed us how to use the machine to dispense water, as we weren't familiar with it. We were bid a friendly farewell. We look forward to visiting again and hope to have our order prepared by the same friendly staff.

The toppings are mixed up and not maintained cleanly. Tables and restrooms are often dirty with food crumps and paper napkins everywhere. They run out of ingredients in the evenings. I like the chain but this particular location needs to tidy up.

The staff was new. Ho hum staff. Good is always good, but service needs work. We will still go back, but we wish the service was better here.

Customer service doesn’t exist. I tried to walk in at 9:40 bc they close at 10:00 on Google and on their door. The door was locked and I stood there to ask if the store was open to one of the workers who was walking back inside. As I approached him he avoided me and ran away from me… From inside of the glass I watched as all of the workers laughed at the situation and pretended not to see me. If the told me they were closed I would have understood but they ignored me and thought it was funny. Such disrespectful service…. I’m disgusted.

It's a basic fast food joint, the 'pizzas' were very basic and on a non traditional crust, neither common thin or thick crust base. The seating area was set of benches, basic and functional. Not a place I'd recommend

Ordered online during lunch. One employee making pizzas, nobody speaking to customers. Waited, they don't have my order. I walked away.

Poor service. I ordered online and order was not ready for over 30 minutes - 15 minutes beyond the time provided in the online order. I would not call this super fast.

Stop prioritizing online orders over in person customers. Stood in line for 10 minutes for no apparent reason.

Ok pizza. Kids like to build their own pizzas. Don't bother ordering from their mobile app. You will likely end up waiting longer that ordering in store.
