The basil is suppose to be a whole leaf not separated, I found a bite shaped on the crust, but the sodas are great. IM ITALIAN.

Honestly, it is embarrassing how far the quality of service and food has plummeted. No greeting when I walked in, practically ignored until my order was taken. I ordered a mini Dillion James. I received my pizza rather quickly, which is great but also suspicious. It was extremely undercooked. Picking up a slice immediately flopping down and all toppings fell off. There was zero crunch. It's upsetting how undercooked a THIN crust pizza could be. If I wasn't already down novelty hill, I would have returned it. Really disappointing.
Mod Pizza and this location in particular had been our go to place for years. Not anymore. Not ever again. The service and food quality started slipping during the COVID pandemic. It’s now 2025, and it is apparently still slipping. A few days ago was our last and experience. We had three pizzas and two of the three pizzas had long hair in them. One person had a salad and there was a long hair wrapped around a spinach leaf. That is unsanitary and extremely off putting. After going to Mod Pizza in Redmond Ridge from when it first opened, we will not be returning.

Vegetarian options: Yes, they have plant based cheese. Though i didn't see it in the menu, when we asked, the person eagerly answered yes.
