Wow this place exceptionally poor. Expect your food to take a VERY long time. Expect to be ignored. Even when your food is done they will not call you, just let it sit on the shelf. I don’t know why a restaurant exists if they don’t teach their employees basic customer service. Save yourself the trouble and avoid. You’ll have a better experience making butter noodles at home.

Always have had a great experience with this location, as they are friendly and get my orders correct each time. I’ve also made the mistake of ordering online for a different location, thinking it was this one. They made up new pizzas for me so I didn’t have to drive to the other location 25 minutes away. Wow! They are very considerate and kind.

Solid fix for an exhausted mom with a sick toddler. The order online-drive up option is clutch so I don't have to unbuckle tiny humans. The young lady who brought me my pizza didn't even flinch at the cold/rainy/snowy walk - thank you for saving my sanity today team! The pizza (mad dog) was delicious and hot still when I made it home. It tasted wonderful and fresh. It brightened my day. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to get more salt or snow melt or shovel so your workers are taken care of/don't slip.
Came here on a Sunday afternoon. There were maybe two other people here. I've never been to a Mod Pizza before. The staff worker told me he'd be with me in a minute, then continued making a salad. When he was done, he spent time replacing the lettuce, then started to make another salad. I stood there, in front of him, for several minutes. I decided to leave so I turned and walked out. Two stars because my family ate there earlier and liked it ok enough.

Love Mod Pizza and this is easily the best of the locations I've visited. I've been eating pizza for decades and couldn't imagine that there might be something unique that I've not tried, but the manager of this store recently suggested the addition of blue cheese to my usual pizza. Sounded crazy at the time but it's been an awesome compliment to my pizza. Thx Cory! Great, friendly team here, pizza is always awesome, and this location is a favorite place to sit and enjoy lunch.
