Musashi’s is a quaint little restaurant in Redmond town center. We went on a Thursday for an early dinner and the service was quick and fast. The food was good, but the freshness of the fish could be better. Overall would recommend for a quick bite.

I was craving me a sushi roll so I tried this new place. It was kind of late but I figured I'd try their house musashi roll. It was a very big portion which aligned with the price, plenty of crab and toppings on the roll but it didn't come together for me, it didn't taste as fresh as I hoped and rice was a bit dry and chewy, overall it was too busy trying to be everything all at once. but again, it was late and it was to go. I suggest you give it a fair shot during lunch and perhaps go with a simpler roll.
