Musashi’s is a quaint little restaurant in Redmond town center. We went on a Thursday for an early dinner and the service was quick and fast. The food was good, but the freshness of the fish could be better. Overall would recommend for a quick bite.

I was craving me a sushi roll so I tried this new place. It was kind of late but I figured I'd try their house musashi roll. It was a very big portion which aligned with the price, plenty of crab and toppings on the roll but it didn't come together for me, it didn't taste as fresh as I hoped and rice was a bit dry and chewy, overall it was too busy trying to be everything all at once. but again, it was late and it was to go. Nice large portion sizes!
The poke bowel is super yummy.
Service is fast.
Wish they had a wider variety of sushi roll options though.
