It came quickly, but…. It was grubhub, but nowhere in the ordering process did it tell me that. I don’t support grubhub. The pizza was pretty bad… too much sauce, terrible crust. No browning on the toppings. Like a frozen pizza that didn’t cook long enough.

They literally serve frozen food here. We ordered kathi rolls, and they took the potato tikki straight out of a frozen food box, wrapped it in a tortilla with some potatoes, and served it. When I mentioned it was cold, they just microwaved it and brought it back. It was so overheated (probably microwaved for 3 minutes straight) that I couldn't even eat it. I will never order food from this place again. It's stale, unhygienic, and honestly, if I wanted to eat frozen food, I could just buy it myself from a local grocery store

I have generally been liking this place but quality has seriously gone down. But today my food had hair in it. Also I ordered rasmalai later, to my disbelief it was rotten and sour . I had to use a mouth freshener to get rid of the awful taste from a single bit of ras malai.

This place should be avoided at all costs. We made the mistake of placing a takeout order and never have I felt so cheated out of $100. The food was a sog fest (including masala fries and loaded samosas). The butter chicken and chana had the same exact curry 😳 The naan was horrible and so were the kathi rolls. The bhatura was literally falling apart. It was evident that the food was made several days ago and was reheated and packaged. We literally dumped everything into the trash. It was quite literally the worst Indian food I have ever laid eyes on…. I would give negative stars but sadly that is not an option.
Really awful dining experience at this place “Naan Stop” in Redmond, which is located inside of Pizza Twist. This is the so-called “dosa” which is served here. The paneer is so dry and hard. The dosa itself must be frozen and reheated, judging by the rubbery texture. They don’t give you the same food as shown in the pictures. The gulab jamun is cold and is frozen solid in the middle. The nighttime worker said he can’t do anything about it because he’s not the manager. When I asked to speak to the manager, he shouted curse words to my face. It happened on 5/11. Horrible awful restaurant. They just have to create multiple names on DoorDash just to dodge the negative reviews. Pizza Twist, Naan Stop, Slice & Spice, Dosawalla.. they all the same restaurant so don’t be fooled. There’s no way to email or contact anybody on their website. Avoid at all cost. I’ll never come here again
