I love their Mongolian beef at their Kirkland location. However when I visited this location I requested no spice due to a medical condition. When I received my order it was still super spicy more than you would expect! When I went to get the order fixed I was told that this is their recipe and there was nothing they could do. So saldy I was unable to eat the food I had bought so a total waste! No refund was offered and I was not warned ahead of time that there would still be spice

My favorite place for teriyaki in town. I love the katsu. It's crispy and thinly sliced. I specifically like the salad dressing. I don't know what it is but it mixes so well with all the other food. I've eaten at other Nasai locations but this ones the best imo.

If you are like me and you enjoy having char on your chicken when you order chicken teriyaki then this is the place to go. Best chicken teriyaki I have had so far. The sauce is nice and thick. And the salad has all the veggies with large pieces of lettuce. It is very crunchy and pleasant to eat. I wish there was another location in Bellevue factoria.

Thought I'd write a review since I've been going here for years now. My go to spot. I like the chicken katsu, yakisoba, sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken. etc. Portions are great, its always hot and the service is always friendly. Always. Not sure what the others are saying!! Ignore the 4.1 star avg (as I usually would), it is not a reflection of the quality of this place.

My boyfriend and I live near here and have just recently found this place. We have now made it our go-to teriyaki spot. The owner is amazing, welcoming and kind. The food is always an overly generous portion and has the best flavors. I'm sad I didn't find this place sooner. There are a little tucked back/maybe hard to see from the road, so if you're trying to support local, try Nasai!! We will be making ourselves regulars here :)

Soooo bomb omg! You can totally tell that the meat has been marinated, I've tried the chicken teriyaki, beef teriyaki, chicken Yakisoba and chicken fried rice and every single item is phenomenal! The price is about the same as any other teriyaki place However he doesn't charge you extra for a side of teriyaki sauce on like some places in the area! Teriyaki is not cheap but far from expensive I consider it FAIR for what you receive! All in all, if you have not been here definitely make it a priority to stop by! the owner is genuine and very respectful he's not necessarily a chatterbox but he'll tell you just how good his product is!!
