Noburu Ramen and Sushi

Best ramen in Redmond, I'd say.

Very good service. I went there alone and wasn’t sure what to do, and the person at the front guided me to the sushi bar. I got the spider roll and takoyaki (never had either of those before as I prefer nigiri) and they were really good & filling!

Easily the worst ramen I have ever had in my life. My wife and I got the miso ramen and the broth was like unseasoned dish water. The noodles were fine but the chashu was tough and somehow completely lacking in any redeeming aspect.

Save yourselves $15 and go buy some instant noodles.

one of my favorite restaurants in the area, i've been a consistent visitor for a few years now and i've never had a bad experience there. staff are friendly and accommodating, food is excellent, waits are always shockingly short no matter how busy it gets. most of the food is great for sharing as well, so i recommend going with friends for the best experience.

I got there at 4:25 a waitress very rude asked me to leave and come back at 4:30, like seriously? Maybe ask me to sit down on a table and wait 5 minutes! Until you guys are back to business?

Lovely atmosphere and service. Ordered the signature black garlic ramen and chicken ramen. Very flavorful and well balanced broth. Rating 3 stars is a tough decision because of the dried charsiu and chicken slices, plus the noodle texture was a bit on the softer side. Will come back and try again in future.

We tried the ramen. If I was judging based on the quality of the creamy chicken ramen broth alone, I'd give this place 5 stars, no question. It was really really good, and the black garlic ramen broth was also good.

However, we had a few specific criticisms:
> The pork char siu was good, but could be better, less dry
> The chicken could definitely be better
> We did not enjoy the marinated pork that came with the chicken ramen *at all*

With better meat toppings, I'd switch this to 5 stars. As is, I wouldn't *quite* want to come back, at least not for the ramen, as much as that pains me to say!

Just came back from this place and I’m OBSESSED! First of all, the vibe is amazing — super cozy, cute, and clean. I didn’t expect it to have such fun little decorations and a playful atmosphere (they even had quirky little toys and cool stuff everywhere!).

Now the food — OMG. I tried the Brussels sprouts and I’m telling you… next level!! So crispy and flavorful, I didn’t want to share 😭 I also had the Dragon Roll and the Rainbow Roll — both were fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Like, seriously, the fish just melts in your mouth.

And the service? So sweet and kind! Everyone was so polite and welcoming — it really made the whole experience feel special. 10/10 would come back. If you’re thinking about trying this spot — do it!! The food, the people, the vibe — everything is perfect 💖

Such a freaking gem. Spent my life in Honolulu, so I often long for ramen and sushi. Do not sleep on this place. I've been coming here for the past year and they've been consistently great if not better.

Idk what kind of ramen spot carries hamachi belly and kanpachi but to have it be fresh too?? And the ramen slaps? Tons of apps and dranks to keep everyone happy as well if you're into that. Andddd if the vegan options are just as tasty, we have a major crowd pleaser!

Ramens are amazingly delicious w homemade Chashu and green onions !
Chicken karaage is very crispy with fresh oils that was fried . Sushi rice is not too sweet, not too soft and they were great also .
I just wish that Ramens were on the table right after the chef made . We like Hot temperatures soup. Thank you !

I do love this place, it's our go to ramen place in Redmond. Their chashu isn't as good, it's a bit dry and tough, but their broth is much better than the other places around.

The problem is there is some serious quality control issues. We usually order for pick-up and a number of times there has been delays in getting our order, but the bigger issue is the broth. Several times now the broth has been way too watered down and flavorless. I'd say 1 in 5 orders we get a dud with both our ramen being tasteless. So I gave it 3 stars to split the difference between the 2 star orders and the 4 star orders. If they improve the quity control and improve their chashu the I'd give them 5 stars.

Discovered this gem and it’s become our go to sushi spot. Their food is great, we usually get a couple appetizers, ramen, and sushi rolls. The staff are great but it does get quite busy at times which slows things down as expected.
