Such a freaking gem. Spent my life in Honolulu, so I often long for ramen and sushi. Do not sleep on this place. I've been coming here for the past year and they've been consistently great if not better.
Idk what kind of ramen spot carries hamachi belly and kanpachi but to have it be fresh too?? And the ramen slaps? Tons of apps and dranks to keep everyone happy as well if you're into that. Andddd if the vegan options are just as tasty, we have a major crowd pleaser!

Ramens are amazingly delicious w homemade Chashu and green onions !
Chicken karaage is very crispy with fresh oils that was fried . Sushi rice is not too sweet, not too soft and they were great also .
I just wish that Ramens were on the table right after the chef made . We like Hot temperatures soup. Thank you !

Always enjoy the food and service. Their black garlic ramen and chashu bowl are always our go to. They also have a large variety of sushi available!

I do love this place, it's our go to ramen place in Redmond. Their chashu isn't as good, it's a bit dry and tough, but their broth is much better than the other places around.
The problem is there is some serious quality control issues. We usually order for pick-up and a number of times there has been delays in getting our order, but the bigger issue is the broth. Several times now the broth has been way too watered down and flavorless. I'd say 1 in 5 orders we get a dud with both our ramen being tasteless. So I gave it 3 stars to split the difference between the 2 star orders and the 4 star orders. If they improve the quity control and improve their chashu the I'd give them 5 stars.

Discovered this gem and it’s become our go to sushi spot. Their food is great, we usually get a couple appetizers, ramen, and sushi rolls. The staff are great but it does get quite busy at times which slows things down as expected.

Small servings, not at all like the photos. Had katsu bowl, deep fried portion was soggy from heavy sauce on top, maybe 3 ounces of chicken. Ordered double shrimp roll, super small, not tasty. The server was nice but they really do not do anything. You order off the app, they bring your food then wait for their tip. I told the waitress the portions were small, there seemed to not be double shrimp, she just shook her head and said sorry and left. I do not think I would ever go back, so many other Asian restaurants to choose from.

On a positive note, the Chicken Kara-Age and the Nigori Strawberry Saki were tastes to remember.
On another note, the Noburu Black Ramen had Pork Chashu that was tougher than I've had before with noodles that resemble and taste more like Al dente spaghetti.
I felt for the one person who was the
Host/Server/Cashier/Buser/Take Out/Uber order filler, litterly running throughout the restaurant.
Then I watched a party leave their table (A father and his two sons, next to me) with food still on the table. A man walked in, used the restroom (I was facing the restroom). Well dressed and was waiting for a to go order. He noticed the recently vacanted table with food still there, sat down and ate what was left (about two partially eaten orders of sushi). He finished, stood up and took his order to go.
All while the waiter watched and was aware.

Tried a sushi roll, sashimi and the curry. All were very mediocre, lacking flavor or freshness. I could not recommend anything from this restaurant that I couldn’t get a better version of at other restaurants in Redmond.

First time here while visiting from Michigan. Was amazed how good the food was. Outstanding quality, Delicious flavor and healthy.
We had the 101 Noburu Black, 204 Poke Bowl and 401 Handmade Pork Gyoza. Food was incredible. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend stopping here.
