You need to be patience finding and using their constantly deals. Make sure you double check triple check when you check out because sometimes their promote code would be gone even you already 100% sure you use it.
Our recently favorite it’s the $14.99 large pizza quite a good deal!! We always get two Large pizza 🍕 for today dinner and the next day’s snack and etc..

We were visiting Redmond and starting at the Marriott this past weekend and I ordered Pizza through their online app. After I had checked out the app showed the pizza wouldn’t be there until after 9 and we had someplace to be at 9:30, I placed the order around 8:20, so I was already pushing the clock. I called the store right away to cancel the pizza, but the guy I spoke with assured me he’d have it to me before 9. HE DID!!! He even called me back to let me know that the delivery driver was on his way to me!! We had our pizza by 8:45!!! Incredible service and to top it off, our pizza was fantastic!!! I would highly recommend them and we will be sure to order from there during all future visits!!

This is a pick up or delivery service. The people working were friendly and professional. The pizza was ready fairly quickly and was still hot when I got home. I’ll be back!

They have pretty quick turn around when you are hungry, i love garden fresh , with using their app to grab a deal for large or extra large around 18.99 I guess deals page is worth to try out . They really make fresh .

WARNING — Rats at Papa John’s in Redmond!
I’m honestly shocked and disgusted. This Papa John’s location in Redmond has a serious rat problem. I personally saw multiple rats running and eating near their back door, right next to the area where food and supplies are handled.
And the worst part? They do absolutely nothing about it. This isn’t a one-time thing — it looks like a regular occurrence. It's not just unsanitary — it's dangerous. Rats carry diseases, and this kind of environment can seriously put people’s health at risk.
I’ve already sent two messages to Papa John’s customer support, and received zero response. No one reached out. No one took responsibility. This is unacceptable.
And for anyone who thinks I’m exaggerating — I have video proof. I’m sharing this because people deserve to know the truth before eating here.
Be careful. This location clearly does not prioritize health or safety.

This location is clean, has great food and always has the best deals. Pizza was fresh, staff were friendly and patient when my family of 8 was ordering . Oh, and you’re able to upload your receipt to the app to receive points for your order, will definitely be returning.

Tried to give Papa Johns a chance. They wouldn't serve me during posted hours and left the doors unlocked. I only came here because it was walking distance from my apartment. Pizza is below 7-Eleven quality and overpriced. They are so cheap that they don't even have their own drivers. Domino's and Pizza hut are superior in every quantifiable way.

I am completely done with this Papa John’s location. Out of my last five orders, I had to throw away FOUR pizzas because they were undercooked and completely inedible. This isn't just bad service—this is a serious health hazard. Undercooked food risks food poisoning, and it’s clear that this location either doesn’t care or doesn’t know how to cook pizza properly.
Management is a joke. No refunds, no follow-up, no apology. They simply don’t care about their customers or the quality of the food they’re serving.
If you’re ordering anything more than a basic pepperoni, forget about it—it’s apparently too "complicated" for them to handle. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Your health and money deserve better.
