The pizza and bread sticks are great. Every other week on Friday, I order 2 boxes of breadsticks that I eat all in one night. The guy who is usually there on Fridays (I don't know his name) is so nice and recognizes me every time I order. I recommend mobile orders for the best experiences. They are done very fast. Its really great.

Pretty bad honestly. They even removed the only remotely good "deal" of having an 8.99 one topping carryout. This place really pretends their pizza is worth $15+.I'm not trying to be rude... but if you order from here then you're a sucker.

Terrible customer service! Unprofessional. Unacceptable behavior from staff. Refused the customer request. Go elsewhere! Asked for the young man’s name that refused to bake the pizza twice upon request LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT SAYS,instead, I was told this would make the pizza non edible! The customer service refused to give me his name and hung up, then hung up the 2 additional times we called back. Never again! Bad service! No value for $ spent.

This papa John's used to be my go to place for quick and tasty pizza. But the pizza I ordered today was terrible. The person at the counter was also rude when I picked up my pizza. I guess the owner has changed.

The last few times I've gone to this papa johns it's seems like the ingredients are just thrown together and only certain slices get the ingredients that you paid for. I never like to call in but last night I did and the manager basically said "we'll what do you want me to do about it".

Papa Johns has really fallen off in all aspects since the board axed John Schnatter, but this particular hell hole is exceptionally egregious. If you're dumb enough to have ordered a pie from here after seeing how many horrible reviews they have, then you deserved the cold pile of shit that they definitely served you.

Ordered at 9pm, driver called at 10pm saying they couldn't find our place. I stood outside for 20 minutes on the phone with him as he interrupted me anytime I tried to talk and give directions. He hung up suddenly and apparently just returned the pizzas to the store while marking the order as delivered.We called the store to just cancel the order. They said they would refund us and provide some sort of credit on my account for the trouble. I also messaged the store through their website asking for this order to be refunded. 3 days later and there's been no refund. The $50 charge on my card has already posted. Why is this so difficult?
