Stopped by the one on Redmond Way in Redmond. I had my small dog with me and all I wanted to do was buy a cold beverage and leave. The girl behind the counter told me no dogs allowed, and I replied that I just wanted to purchase a bottle water and leave, the girl then told me no. Really?? It was a very hot day, shame on you. This happened on Sunday, 7/8 at 1:45pm for reference.

Excellent coffee with a service we won't write home about. There aren't even trays and since it's self service if you have more than two items you have to go a long way. When I asked if there were trays, I got shocked looks and in the end they also expect a service fee. sorry not at my school Unfortunately, the quality of the coffee has dropped significantly. Not coming back here again

We stop into Peets just about every weekend, and our coffee is perfect each and every time.
We went in, we were going to order and the girl told me that I can't go in with my dog, she was inside her bag without even barking or anything because she was sleeping, we asked her if we could buy takeout and she kept repeating that she couldn't be inside with a dog and I asked him again if I could buy anything and again the same answer! I turned around and left, terrible service, terrible experience and I don't understand why there is so much emphasis on this, since most stores are pet friendly, they should be updated!

Got my order wrong and took a very long time to correct. Shouldn’t take 20 mins for a beverage.
Also the lady with blue hair should work on her facial expressions instead of looking disgusted half the time.
There’s literally a gathering of 4 baristas just socializing versus doing their job.
