Really awful dining experience at Pizza Twist in Redmond. This is the so-called “dosa” which is served here. The paneer is so dry and hard. They don’t give you the same food as shown in the pictures. The gulab jamun is frozen rock solid in the middle. The night shift worker said he can’t do anything about it because he’s not the manager. When I asked to speak to the manager, he shouted vulgarities to my face. It happened on 5/11. Horrible awful restaurant. They have to create multiple names on DoorDash just to dodge the negative reviews. Pizza Twist, Naan Stop, Slice & Spice, Dosawalla.. all the same restaurant. There’s no way to email or contact anybody on their website. Avoid at all cost. As for the pizza, the guy offered me a slice as compensation. But seeing how they are making the pizza and touching their phone without washing their hands, I declined.

Ordered a plant based chicken tikka masala pizza and it had actual chicken on it. Wtf!! Also the pictures made it look like it had some greens on it but it doesn’t, it looks like a really sad frozen pizza. Masala fries were very soggy but it was delivered so can’t totally blame them.
