Tasty, accurate, fast. unlike another place next to trader joe's, this store asked me what sandwich to work on before putting sauces on it. Brilliant. Very thankful the manager put thought into that. If you order more than one sammich, you don't want the wrong dressings etc on them. They have a simple solution of getting clarity first. Much appreciated.Taste is good, quality is good, speed is amazing.Unlike a sammich shop in factoria, they don't check their feelings w/ each ingredient and fall into a zen zone or trance while perfecting their sandwich handcrafting skills for the upcoming olympics. I'm trying to be funny. It's just all too common to watch people go into an altered time zone of their own while making a sammich. I don't know what it is about this business that attracts people like that- but you won't find them here. Here, they make your sammich to your specs, and Fast. no dillydallying, no calgon take me away moments.Parking: they have lines you can park between? it's parking. Find a spot and park normal.

For the last couple of years I regularly ordered sandwiches in this shop. Earlier their sandwiches were great, but now, especially last 1-2 months, the sandwiches are shrinking with every order but the price stays the same. Today it was the final straw, our sandwiches had only few thin meat slices. At that point it feels more like a piece of bread. By the way, the buns are also getting smaller every week. If you need more money, have you considered increasing prices instead of shrinking sandwiches?

This did not go well this time. They were out of egg nog syrup for the shake I ordered. They filled my chili like only 3/4 of the cup, and the sandwich only had a single slice of salami and half a slice of ham like are you guys Poor? This was an $11 sandwich and it's just bread wth? Not satisfied at all. Come on I love you guys, I hope this is a one off

Garbage customer service. Walked in to buy a drink and a cookie while one other customer was waiting at the side. Not a single person greeted me or said welcome, or said I'll be with you in a second as I waited to purchase these two items. I worked in the fast food industry and I get that it's tough and I saw that they were in the middle of a large order, but just like the rest of the world a simple piece of conversation could have gone a long way and instead they ignored a customer. Oh and the other day I had a hair in my food which was colored in two colors just like the girl who made my sandwich. I did not complain to the store because accidents happen. The supervisor of this store should be embarrassed by their customer service.

Ordered dinner in tonight from Potbelly. I used their website to place my order. The basic ordering was easy but checkout was frustrating. I put in all my information and then was forced to create an account which then caused me to have to renter info. This created a delay in getting our food. Aside from that frustration, our food arrived and we ate. Our orders were correct and the sandwiches were good. The sandwich had a lot of meat on it and the flavor was satisfying. I recommend the food but not the ordering process.

I use to love ordering from this sandwich shop until I discovered a hair in my sandwich tonight. So gross and unsanitary. I won't be ordering again.

Unsure about how to order, a young boy who first worked with me seemed polite took my request and ran with it. I next worked with a young girl who seemed happy to help me checkout I asked for a milkshake which she passed along to her coworker and than patiently waited for my order. I work just a couple stores down. It felt a bit awkward during my short break for lunch to constantly get sideways looks from the young teens I just finished getting an order from. I just wanted a quick tasty meal during my break from work and I'm not entirely sure felt unwelcome from the workers there. Both the woman who checked me out and the young boy who asked for my sandwich. The young woman who got my shake was incredibly nice and didn't seem to have a problem. Definitely won't be coming back here for lunch or for anything that's for sure. Just go to a different establishment or maybe they're better at other times but definitely not during lunch.

One of the better sub places to get a hot and toasted sub. I also ordered a orange dream shake , unfortunately it tasted more like a Vanilla shake , but that is ok . The two employees that were working were very friendly. Clean and cozy establishment .Parking: Lots of parking

terrible service. ordered delivery and the sandwiches came with no toppings. The app sucks at explaining you have to go in and add them. Nothing like dry plain garbage for 4 sandwiches for $67.

Long time customer of over 2 years. Quite frankly never coming back. The service and staff lately have been short, rushed and have messed up two orders. I keep coming back because the wreck- although small got the price is delicious. This evening I attempted to use a reward I had for a free sandwich that I earned on the app. Before entering the store, I read through the conditions which stated I got a free entrée of my choice. I chose to order a BIG sandwich along side an original sandwich. When checking out a very nice staff member stated that I could only get an original size for my free sandwich. I politely explained to them that I checked the offer and it did not state the size of the sandwich I was able to receive. A manager ( blue shirt) was extremely rude and told me he didn't want to waste the sandwich so he would change the price. It was nice but everything about the transaction was nasty. After I paid for the sandwich I had to complete my second order. He was extremely rude and short with me and did not respond to any of my questions. If there is a certain condition when using a free reward, it should be mentioned in the app.

Nice selection of toasted subs to choose from. Friendly staff but not very cheery, but I guess I'm not there for that. Place is clean and has an overall earthy feel to it.

I’ve been eating at this location for years and have never had a bad experience until yesterday. I became very sick from the grilled chicken sandwich I ordered yesterday. Six hours after I ate it I threw up the whole thing, and went on to vomit twice more in 12 hours. I can’t say if the chicken was undercooked or it was a different ingredient, but obviously the whole experience is unacceptable. Don’t get your customers sick, that should be rule number one.

My sandwich was kind of sad :') $17+ for the teeny sandwich, soup, and a bag of chips! (The prices were inflated for grub hub). Pretty sure I requested topping additions that weren't added. However, the quality and freshness of the bread and meat were great! I've heard good things about Potbelly so maybe it was just a big order and a bad day!
