Prime Steakhouse Redmond

We enjoyed our dinner of a split wedge salad, steaks and potatoes. Everything was delicious. Great service. We'll be going back to try the Happy Hour menu it looks awesome.

We are "regulars" at Prime, eating there at least twice a month. Service is great, food outstanding. It can be a bit noisy if large groups are there, but the back room booths are quieter.

Good experience. Waiter was very prompt. Ordered Ribeye which was very good, cooked to my preference.

Great food, good ambiance, and excellent service. Happy hour specials are good as well. We are happy repeat customers.

Excellent meal and service. We celebrated a birthday and everyone in our party loved their meal. The steak was great, as was the beef short rib. Baked potatoes were humongous. The salmon was perfectly glazed on the outside and moist and tender inside. The beef stroganoff was tender, rich and creamy with just a hint of truffle oil, but the house made pasta stole the show (IMO). The Brussels sprouts were EXTRA special. The desserts were also really good but we were too stuffed to truly appreciate them. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous service, great food. The fries were a bit dry in my opinion, but everything else was splendid. Unfortunately, my group had to swat flies out of the way the entire time. The great service and food made up for that though.

Really disappointed with meal. Coworker asked for medium rare and first steak was well done. Server handled well and got new steak, second came out medium rare but cold - like right out of refrigerator.

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to your establishment. I ordered a non-bacon dish due to personal dietary restrictions, but unfortunately, the order was not prepared as requested. When I politely brought this to the attention of the bartender, I was not only dismissed but was also told that I am no longer welcome to return — which I found extremely offensive and unprofessional.

As a paying customer, I believe I should be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when raising a legitimate concern about my order. I’ve always appreciated your restaurant and its service, which makes this experience even more disheartening.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter. I’m hopeful this does not reflect the values of your business, and I’d like to know how this will be addressed moving forward.

So nice to have dinner with friends at Prime! The service was impeccable, the food delicious and I definitely recommend it

Mick was our server and he was amazing. We would come back for the good food and hope to sit in Mick's section again.

First of all ,we arrive 15 min early before our reservation and the attitude of the hostess was really unprofessional and rude ,she made other peoples pass and when I asked her when I'm going to be seated she said they have reservation already and mine was not in the system ., so she put me in the waitlist and I showed her the reservation truth the app and she said I have to wait , and if I want to be seated in the patio I have to consume at least 75 dlls , of course I said , but they seated us next to the counters where all the kitchen supplies were, i asked her if I they can change the table ( which one was available and she said no with a rude attitude) the food was amazing and the service with the waiter they were really nice ! Even that we had good time ! The restaurant it's a little pricey but it worth , just the hostess attitude was the issue with the evening

Overall really good experience. Our waitress was outstanding! Some of the best service I have ever had. The only slight downside was that the zabuton was a bit chewy. Everything else was really good. Will return.
