We used QT food truck for our wedding dinner. We were able to taste test their food prior to booking. We booked the entire taco truck and our guests were able to go up and order off the menu. Food was made very quickly and efficiently. They also offered appetizers in their package. Everyone loved the guac and chips! It was super easy for guests to order and everyone commented about how awesome the catering was at the wedding. Very professional and easy to work with.

I DISAPPEARED a pork burrito here, just now. Didn't even mean to eat the whole thing.
You gotta try it.

We used QT food truck for our wedding dinner. It was a buffet meal that QT had set out for us. It ran very smoothly and the food tasted great! I highly recommend the homemade chips and guac for an appetizer, it was the highlight for me, so delicious! Very professional and easy to work with.

We selected QT Food Truck as our wedding vendor. They did such an amazing job. We got the al pastor, carne asada and chicken tacos with sides of rice, beans and guacomole. The flavor of all three were fantastic and drew rave reviews from all our guests. The team were punctual, professional and always made sure the buffet bar was stocked up for our guests as they were going through the line. Clean-up was also quick. If you are considering Mexican food for your wedding day meal, please consider QT. They were awesome for us!

Amateur hour. Tacos are fine but that’s it. Not even close to authentic or anything you should go out of your way for.

Ordered three tacos, all of which had cheep cheese on top. Only time I see cheese on tacos is at taco bell. So I began cautiously.
Grabbed some verde salsa, hard to tell if it's out of a can or homemade but it was decent. But after seeing the cheese, I think it might be from a jar.
Sat down, tried the chicken taco first. Zero flavor to the chicken. I believe it was boiled and shredded.
Next up chorizo. Edible to satisfactory but so little to this taco and it was completely the same as the chicken. Made me sad, there is so much you can do with chorizo.
Al Pastor. The flavor of the meet was solid but again, zero presentation or pep. Nothing exciting or authentic.
I have been to Mexico maybe 30 or 40x, grew up in SoCal.
These aren't authentic by any stretch.
I actually left sad and wish I had no tipped. I'm always happy to pay for food even I hate it, but tipping made me sad.
The service was quick and the tacos came out almost too fast, which is what made me worry. Obviously it's a food truck, it should be fast, but the lack of flavor, the overly fast service and the lack of zeal in these very simple tacos. Just left me sad.
Tacos are one of the greatest meat delivery systems, please don't represent them this way.
Parked in front of Post Doc brew on July 12.

Food was alright but not fresh or seasoned. Ordered 3 taco w/ carne asada. Meat was dry and unseasoned, barely any cheese, pico de gallo was meh, and guac was the only topping that had presence. This was at their Redmond location across the PCC and honestly didn't seem like they were doing active cooking at lunch time and just putting in meat they had cooked the day before.
Vegetarian options: They do offer a vegetable selection as a choice
Parking: It's in an area where there's parking decent parking available due to the the gas station, a closed convenience store, and another bar/club that is only open at certain hours.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'd say wheelchair accessible since it's in a parking lot, though be warned the lot paving can be rough.
