My husband and I moved to downtown Redmond back in March and this Red Robin has been our new go to. I cannot express how fantastic your bartender Zak is and your server Colin is. Both are absolutely fantastic and we have seen them run that place when short staffed. They remember who we are and aspects of our personal lives. I really hope Red Robin as a company is taking good care of them. They are fantastic and are the reason we keep on going back.

I just want to say hands down One of the best experience I've had at Red Robin my waiter was so nice. I have little kids and sometimes you know, as an adult, they're not that easy to take care of they like to run and jump everywhere. Definitely coming back, thank you, Skyler.

Service was okay, we left after getting drinks because it sounded as if someone in the back was chiseling ice. 2 hours before closing. Insanely unnecessary and a disruptive to the customer experience.

Food was OK... food arrived quick, but following up did not happen when we asked for a refill... mix up in the bill was frustrating to get fixed

Red Robin is always a reliable choice for a casual meal, and this location definitely lives up to the reputation. I stopped by last weekend with a couple of friends, and we had a great experience.

The staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and she made some excellent menu recommendations when we were stuck deciding between the burgers. I went with the Whiskey River BBQ Burger, and wow—it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The BBQ sauce and crispy onion straws were perfect together.

Of course, the bottomless fries are a highlight. They came out fresh and hot, and the campfire sauce is a must-try if you haven’t had it. We also shared the Towering Onion Rings as an appetizer, which came stacked high and crispy.

The atmosphere was lively but not too noisy, so we could chat comfortably. The only downside was that our food took a little longer than expected, but the server kept us updated and even brought extra fries while we waited, which was a nice touch.

Overall, it was a great experience. Whether you’re craving a good burger or just want a laid-back place to hang out, Red Robin hits the spot. I’ll definitely be back!

I'm disabled and treated very poorly. I'll never step foot in that place again. I had been out helping PSE clear trees from power lines all day. The staff was rude, ignored me, finally I just left. Not 1 person blinked. That's not how you treat people. The place was nearly empty so I'm probably not the only one that feels le this

As fast food restaurants go, it's better than the average. Separation of general diners and adults who can eat and enjoy a quiet experience in the bar area.

Kid-friendliness: Dining area have partitions, giving a small level of separation for large parties, and children

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wheelchair ramps. Wide doors, and isles inside.
