Overall it was decent experience. I have been to multiple Red Robin burgers the food was nice but had to wait too long also I understand it was thanksgiving but they made a mistake on my order we ordered veg they added bacon in it. They replaced it but had to wait for long. Could have been better managed!!

Always enjoy eating at this place. The burgers are cooked perfectly and the staff are always so friendly. The gentleman working the bar is awesome, didn't get his name though.

I like this RR. The food is good, servers are nice. The main problem is when it gets busy it's always understaffed. Which means everything takes longer. One of the big reasons to go there is the bottomless fries but when you have to wait 15 min after you've finished your entree it kinda sucks. And even my first portion of fries was woeful. I had literally 10 pieces of fries. Obviously that were trying to conserve due to the busyness. Kinda lame.

Update
Been a while but retuned for my birthday burger. Food was good. Server came back nice after our food was delivered but that’s only because the flagged them down for drink refills. Never asked us if we wanted more fries. Service is still woeful here. Is management checked out?

Went in during the early evening on Sunday. Somewhat busy but not overly loud and picked a seat quick. The limited time $10 Burger with bottomless side and bottomless drink is a great deal! Don't forget to tip on what the actual cost would be for the servers. Speaking of which, our server was friendly and attentive. I got 6 sides of steamed broccoli, so he came back pretty frequently.

Red Robin food has really gone downhill in quality and how is cooked. The burgers taste bad, and the fries are now cheap with potato skin still on them. It's definitely not the place it was a few years ago. The staff is doing the best that they can but it's very understaffed and usually not very clean. Not sure how they stay open

I don't normally go to this location and had been warned ahead of time by my companion that this kitchen consistently sends out raw burgers. When we arrived there was no one at the host stand, so we seated ourself in the mostly empty bar. We ordered a burger to split with no pink and a side of zucchini fries. While waiting for our food we saw two servers get into a verbal argument, and the bar area seemed dirty and sticky. The food all came out at once and as soon as we split the burger we found that it was very red and had to send it back. The server did not apologize for this mistake and did not attempt to do anything extra to fix the inconvenience, such as bringing us fries while we waited for our food to be cooked again. The zucchini fries were also bad, they tasted bitter like they were cooked in old oil. They had very loud NFL games on the TVs the entire time we were there, surprisingly this did not draw in any patrons and I think the other recient reviews about undercooked food and poor service is a sign that this wasn't just a bad day, but they consistently drive people away. Such a shame because this location used to be very popular 10+ years ago.

Karina was an awesome and attentive bartender, there's a reason I always sit at the bar!! 12/10 would come back on a Sunday morning for football and her great service! And cool nails!! :)

My husband and I moved to downtown Redmond back in March and this Red Robin has been our new go to. I cannot express how fantastic your bartender Zak is and your server Colin is. Both are absolutely fantastic and we have seen them run that place when short staffed. They remember who we are and aspects of our personal lives. I really hope Red Robin as a company is taking good care of them. They are fantastic and are the reason we keep on going back.
