I really like the location and the quality of the coffee and food. Nevertheless the last few times I ask for my coffee on a mug and I'm told they can't because they are busy (two baristas, good!) but they were chatting for a while.

I ordered for brewed coffee, its not fresh one, they pull from flask.
even the price is high. 8ounce of fresh brew coffee here is costlier than 12 ounce of Starbucks in Redmond.
They don't wooden stick also to mix coffee.
They charge more quality not so great.

This is some truly good coffee! Much better than the nearby chain stores, plus they roast their own beans in-house. Looks like I found my new coffee-go-to in Redmond!

The lavender honey latte was not too sweet which I really like it since other coffee places always add too much syrup!

5 ⭐️ River Trail Roasters is a gem in downtown! The young female barista (pretty sure her name started with a D?) was absolutly beautiful and super atentive. The younger guy was great too, real sharp and friendly. Awesome vibe, will defenitly be back!

I want this place to be good - pastry is good, service is good, coffee is bad. Advice to the crew: please improve your coffee technique. Beans should be ground to order, not sit and wait already pre-loaded. Milk should not burn your tongue, it should never go above 160f. I’m not asking about fancy latte art, just make the brew and milk decent.

I lived in Redmond 8+ years. This place was great, then something changed around 2019-2020. I was trying to give this place a chance on multiple occasions, but coffee is still disappointing.

Nice option of pastries and morning foods from muffins to vegan or otherwise. Tried the Mocha which I thought was ok. My pallet is pretty particular at this point on mocha after trying dozens of different places so its a bit biased for my favorite flavors. This one tends to be more on the coffee bean bitter side with less emphasis on the chocolate snd less sweet. Not bad, just my preference is for a less bitter coffee bean and slightly more chocolate flavor. The apple turnover they warmed for me and was very fresh and good. The seating is nice with varied options inside and some seating outside on street side. It is near the rivertrail so its easy to take it to go and go for a nice walk along the river nearby. All in all nice and would recommend a visit.

Mexican mocha coffee has no spice /
Forgot to heat my sandwich / finally had to ask
/ they delivered it (I asked they didn't offer ) the. Said 'no problem'
After we thanked them ...they have no idea they had a problem ... ugh

I have lived in Redmond for 8 years and have somehow never visited River Trail Roasters. I finally broke the streak today, and I'm glad I did! They are so, so nice there - and reviews are not kidding when they say the coffee is strong, lol. My Americano was great, super deep, roasted flavor and not acidic. It also smells great in there. Prices aren't too bad for Redmond either, I was pleasantly surprised.

The scones i got was ok, nothing I would go back for. I wasn't able to try their chai because they didn't have coconut milk.
