I have lived in Redmond for 8 years and have somehow never visited River Trail Roasters. I finally broke the streak today, and I'm glad I did! They are so, so nice there - and reviews are not kidding when they say the coffee is strong, lol. My Americano was great, super deep, roasted flavor and not acidic. It also smells great in there. Prices aren't too bad for Redmond either, I was pleasantly surprised.
I was really upset that the ice in my americano melted so fast but Broista Morgan saved the day. There was only one way to fix this watered down jitter juice and he knew exactly what he had to do. Morgan went outside and put his crocs in “sport mode”, ran eastward down 85th so fast that the earth spun in the opposite direction, turning back time and bringing the ice right back into my coffee. There is something special about this place, I love the atmosphere, the place is quit, clean, the staff is super friendly. There are many food options. The location is perfect almost near everything. The coffee is not my favorite, but this is where I can only focus and finish my work peacefully.
