I am doing a doordash delivery pickup. The order is ready behind the counter but the staff are busy with other in-store customers, so I end up waiting for about 5 minutes just for the staff to hand me the order that is sitting there.

We were served quickly and efficiently by Tiara, she had a great positive attitude and made it a wonderful experience.
Dietary restrictions: My daughter is allergic to dairy and Tiara made her drink safely with no dairy.

I *love* that "other" bagel store in Redmond - you know, the one that's blazing amazing :) ... but wanted to give Rubinstein a try. Unfortunately their bagels were a huge disappointment, in terms of selection, flavors & quality. I won't be coming back.
Their staff was nice, though.

Bagels were no better than mass-produced bagels from a grocery. Too sweet and soft; toppings were scanty.

Overpriced if you’re expecting a NY style bagel this place is far from it. This place is so cheap they only put toppings on 1 side to cut costs. Will definitely NOT be going back for a $3 bagel with no cream cheese.

The salmon bagel is better than blazing but the regular egg breakfast bagels are worse. The coffee is a light road and highly acidic, i wish there was an option for something darker.
We were hesitant to try with an overall 3.5 star rating and after reading the reviews maybe you're a blazing bagels fan or you're a rubinstein bagels fan, but for $40 for 2 bagel breakfast sandwiches we felt like we spent way too much money. The bagel was hard and inedible and both my husband and I ended up throwing both away after a couple of bites. I'm very sorry to leave this review but it was upsetting to us that we spent so much money on something we found inedible and had to toss.
I wish I could give 3 1/2 stars, but I'll round up. We get bagels delivered from here almost every week. The bagels are decent, but don't really stand out; just a little behind Blazing, IMO. They also don't regularly have some bagels that I consider "classic", like pumpernickel.
My primary issue is consistency. I get the same thing every week: bagel with plain cream cheese, lox, tomato, onions, capers, and dill. However, what arrives can vary a fair bit. Sometimes one of the toppings is missing completely (it was dill, today), other times it can look like it snowed capers. Similarly, I sometimes only get a small, single slice of tomato, which is disappointing, while other times get several slices, enough to ensure every bite has some.

I wasn’t really impressed with the food, it was fine, but not great. I wish there were more non-savory options for bagels and cream cheese. There were no fruit options like blueberry bagel, strawberry cream cheese, etc. There’s a cherry chocolate bagel, but I didn’t want chocolate, I just wanted fruity. My latte was lukewarm at best when it was served, and within 5 min was cold, so it didn’t seem like they really steamed the milk, or they used milk that had been steamed a while ago. The staff were very friendly, and the patrons were friendly and social. I liked the atmosphere but unfortunately I won’t be returning because the food and drinks just weren’t worth the price at all.

The bagels were overly chewy and lacked the proper crust a good bagel should have. The coffee was lukewarm, and by the time I finished my bagel, it had turned completely cold. We were charged over $40 for two subpar bagels and cold coffees. If you enjoy overpriced, mediocre food, this is your place.

Love these bagels and this bagel shop! I get a sesame seed bagel, toasted with vegan cream cheese & my hubby gets a cinnamon raisin, toasted with vegan cream cheese. The sesame seed bagel even has a little salt on top too, which I love! Their coffee is a good addition too.

Great bagels, just wish they didn't run out of them two hours before they close.
