I understand businesses have costs, but hidden fees feel misleading and leave a bad impression. If a surcharge is going to be applied, customers deserve to know before ordering or paying.

To make it more uncomfortable, the server held up the payment terminal directly on the tip screen, awkwardly waiting while I selected 18%, only for me to later notice a surprise 3.0% “non-cash adjustment” added to the bill from the online receipt,, something that was never disclosed beforehand.

The food was fine, but the sneaky and unprofessional handling of the charge completely overshadowed the experience and ruined an otherwise enjoyable night out. I wouldn’t return unless this fee is clearly and transparently communicated going forward.

Shaburina Hotpot is absolutely outstanding! From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you warmly and makes you feel at home. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, the broths are flavorful, and the variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables is top-notch. I loved how everything was high quality and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is cozy yet lively, perfect for dining with friends or family. Portion sizes are generous, and service is quick and attentive. Highly recommend—Shaburina sets the bar for hotpot!

This is our first visit with my wife and 2-yo boy. I really loved this place. The food quality is great, and service is also great. The place is clean and not noisy. We visited on Sunday, the day before Labor day, but we were able to get a table without waiting. The best part is no doubt the all-you-can-eat style, which includes soup refill, meat, vege, and some seafood. If you're really hungry, this is the place to go. We had no complaint at all and definitely visit again.

First of all we all waited soup base for 25 minutes ( no one was helping )

2nd, when we were paying, before even click the tip section, he insisted over6 people we must give him 30%
Um… he was not even there for us when we need him.

We wont be back at all. And he also mentioned its korean owner? He is not showing up often so, oh well. Maybe they are okay losing me as customer .
