Order delivery with extreme caution. My family ordered through Doordash and received a flyer with our order from the restaurant requesting is to not order through apps as they charge the restaurant extra fees. The next time we ordered we decided to help the restaurant out and order directly through the site as requested. We ordered nearly $100 worth of food directly through the website selecting delivery. It was not until the confirmation email came through that it notifed us the order had been routed through SmileDining, an app that none of us have downloaded or easy access to. We received a photo of delivery and it was not our house. We called the restaurant right away to notify them of the misdelivery and request they collect the food and deliver to our home. We were then told by the representative that because we chose to order through a third party app they could not do anything to help us. We explained we ordered directly through their site not through an app, they said it was processed through a third party so they could not help us. They were very rude and adamant even though it went through their site it was not their problem, even telling us it would be a good idea to dispute it through our bank because they were not helping. We requested to speak to a manager to find a solution and were told they would take our number and have the owner follow up with us when they were in store the following day, we provided information and waited for the call. No call came so we reached out to follow up and were told the owner is never in so we would have to speak to a manager who would not be in until Thursday or Friday. We were frustrated but waited until Thursday, followed up and were told they were still not in so to follow up Friday. We followed up Friday and were told again they would not help us as it was through a third party order, we asked if the representative was the manager we had been told would speak to us and we were told no because that manager would not be in until Monday. We ended up having to dispute the charge from our bank directly to get any kind of resolve. We will not be ordering from here again, and highly encourage anyone else if you do order go through your own trusted app and never through their site.

This place is great and feels like family. I’ve been coming here since middle school, back when I’d ride my bike just to get a box of what was then a $7 beef pad Thai. Life has gotten busier over the years, but whenever I have time, I try to come back. Every visit brings back memories and flashbacks from my childhood—and that feeling is worth more than money and its a yummy memory everytime 😋

Food was OK, the flavors were there but never order the cheesecake for dessert or any sweet drinks unless you like blocks of ice and lots of sugar.

They're menu states that the gratuity will be added to parties of 6 or more and we still got it added even though we were 5. I was not going to tip as much based on the quality of their service.

Their food is decent and sizes are also decent when dining in but they're a portion of it when ordering to-go.

Their curry was to thin, watered down.

Since we were there last time, this place went downhill. Completely different menu and very overpriced. They eliminated 30(!) menu items. We ordered calamari for appetizers, just a few inedible pieces came. My husband ordered same calamari with eggplant (we didn’t know they were inedible when ordered)
I ordered eggplant with chicken. Completely tasteless the whole thing. We won’t be back.

Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at Silver Spoon Redmond are shockingly rude, completely uninterested in providing even basic service, and act like customers are a burden instead of the reason they have a job. The service was slow, careless, and downright disrespectful. Nothing about this place feels welcoming, and the attitude alone is enough to ruin the meal. Save yourself the headache — there are plenty of restaurants in Redmond that actually treat people with respect.

Been a long time customer and ultimately decided to give a bad rating after receiving a burnt fried rice last night. It’s not just one time.. multiple times I had to call to say food is not good.. Stopped ordering food for long time for same reason but in the recent past , thought of trying again due to convenience.

Just reckless.. reckless in food quality, reckless in treating customers and reckless overall.

The food is really good, but the changes they’ve made are disappointing. They used to sell 3 fresh rolls with a Thai iced tea for $19.63, and now it’s $20.28 for only 2 fresh rolls with a Thai iced tea. That’s a noticeable downgrade in value.
On top of that, the older gentleman who works here is genuinely kind, but one of the women who works here is consistently rude, which really ruins the experience.

Great restaurant! Love coming here with my family for dinner! We usually get takeout, and that's pretty easy. Service is nice, staff are polite, food is delicious! I like their interior decorations as well!

First time here. Phad Thai with chicken was divine! Service was great and the place was lovely. I can't understand why it has only 4 stars. My experience on a Saturday night was wonderful. Big 5 stars from me!

Grew up going here, this place is my comfort food. Always delicious, friendly staff, awesome atmosphere. I am really disappointed by the negative reviews, I think they are wrong and I would recommend this place every time.

I have turned so many friends and family on to this restaurant which has now become their favorite thai restaurant on the Eastside.

I was so hopeful. The service was lovely and quick unfortunately the food was terrible. Phadseew phadthai and garlic pork. Everything was flavourless and then some how ridiculously sweet like sugar was the only spice. Even the Thai coffee was low quality for 80$ for 3 people so not worth it. The satay chicken was okay but the peanut sauce was watery and so sweet. I wish I had better things to say
