This is my go to place for chicken biryani. The taste(4/5) is better than any other nearby Indian restaurants and the price(4/5) is reasonable. However, if you want to order north indian curry (2/5)or want to dine in experience(1/5), I would not suggest this restaurant. Instead go to Kaniska. Parking spots (2/5) are limited here. They allow customers to use the rest rooms (2.5/5)
I placed an online order through doordash as a pick up and went to the store. The person who claimed himself as the owner said that the order never came through despite showing an email confirmation. He said that i need to call doordash as I choose to place an order through third party as though he has no role to play here. I had to go empty handed and then cancel the order and pick up food for my hungry kid from another restaurant. He showed no curtesy nor cared to see what went wrong with my order or atleast told me that pls cancel and i can prepare another order. He instead was rude and said that i need to call and figure out. If he cannot track the orders then why to integrate with third parties and promote business.

I placed through calling ordered and the guy on phone whose name is parth he is very humble and helpful person he treats me very politely and recommended me this biriyani . I really appreciate the food quality and his service. I highly recommend to order some food from here .

This is a pathetic place to buy food from, we ordered pepper chicken where they used stale fried chicken and sprinkled some pepper over it, we had to trash it. Also baby corn was full of food color.

I have ordered from this place multiple times but in recent times the quality of food deteriorated greatly. We ordered chicken dum biryani, goat dim biryani & pepper chicken last evening and none of them were good. The chicken in the biryani was stale with a bad odor, goat biryani had no tast whatsoever & pepper chicken had too much color and no spice at all. I used to be a big fan of their gongura goat biryani but off late the quality of food has deteriorated significantly .I hope they are able to resolve the issues quickly.

Similarly the website is like 2 years old maybe? Its $2-3 cheaper in website than what you will end up paying. That's false advertisement and one should officially complain about this for tricking customers. I ordered Methi Chaman via phone looking at Google pics, I was in for a shock went I went for pickup. They have like so many pics in Google and some of them items have different prices in different pics. Idk how long it takes to update the prices online definitely not years. It's just laziness and I guess a tactic to get customers attracted. I was a nice and paid actually, I should have just walked off by not picking up the food.Be careful guys don't trust the prices here unless you go and order there by yourself

I wish I could have given this restaurant an even lower rating than 1 star. We placed a party order for approximately 25 people, and these amateurs completely forgot about it. They provided some excuse about the backend not communicating with the front-end and other nonsense. Consequently, they delayed our order by a whole hour. We typically start serving food around 6 PM because we have many kids and babies who need to eat before bedtime. Their schedules were disrupted because these individuals completely overlooked our order.To make matters worse, when I called them, the person who answered had the audacity to offer me a discount on my next order. I couldn't help but laugh. I mean, seriously, what makes them think that I or any of my friends would ever consider ordering from them again? There are 25 unhappy guests who will never patronize their establishment. Providing appropriate compensation is fundamental in the food industry, but these novices seem to lack the basic understanding of customer satisfaction. When I raised this issue with them, they had the nerve to suggest that it was my friend's fault for not showing urgency when picking up the order! Are you kidding me? Is it my friend's responsibility to yell when unprofessional individuals like you delay an order by an hour? What kind of pathetic service do they offer?The quality of the food was subpar as well, likely due to the rushed order. I want to caution everyone on this forum to be wary of this business. They are completely incompetent and negligent, with no understanding of how to treat customers.
