Spark does traditional as well as inspirational pairing of pizza topping very well. The salads, appetizers and desserts are exceptional. Ask your server what to order. If you have any palate you won't be dissappointed.
The service is excellent and the ambiance can't be beat for an outdoor street side restaurant. The food is the real attraction though, ESPECIALLY on Sundays when the offer their special 18" New York Style pizza which I can say is on par if not better than some of the best NY Style Pizzas that even NY City offers!!!
