Nothing to wear

Worst cappuccino I've ever had. I received a completely unacceptable cappuccino. The barista spilled a significant portion of the espresso shot, and instead of pulling a fresh shot to correct the error, she simply filled the cup with excess milk. The result was an undrinkable, diluted beverage that completely lacked the standard espresso-to-foam ratio. The milk texture was poor and the coffee flavor nonexistent. The staff on the 7:00 AM shift appeared distracted and demonstrated a disregard for basic quality control.

This is my favorite place for my cup of Joe! It is ridiculous it is going out of business! But hope and pray for something nice to take its place for my Java fix in the morning!

We enjoyed morning tea with a delicious coffee that was served by friendly staff. There was indoor and outdoor seating options with the outdoor option relaxed and comfortable.

Since the reopening after remodel, there is a huge staff turnover and service has gotten slow and also some staff shortage, unkept public area... (12:24 on a Wednesday)

Didn't catch her name but the lady there this morning 2/3/23 was super nice. She took time to answer a couple questions and offered to make my coffee extra hot so it didn't get cold while I shopped for a few things. It's the little things that make a big difference!

I walked in to get coffee and stood there for 10 minutes, said hello twice, but was ignored by the lady who is standing infront of the cash register too busy with her phone. Now I know why our staff doesn't want to go there, they would rather wait in line across the street. Customer service??? Good way to loose customers.

Starbucks is really good about not following the law that requires a gift card balance under $5 from being cashed out. Pretty sad we vote for consumer protection laws and starbucks is too cool to educate their employees.
