I used to love ordering my normal ICED GRANDE TRIPLE SHOT LATTE from this store. But lately the drinks produced from there are horrible. I can't taste any espresso. The drink taste like a iced milk coffee. I called and complained the customer service line and complained. I told them that I think it's the machine not the barista making the drink. They said they would have it looked at. Today I ordered from there and my drink still taste horrible. I regret ordering from there today.

Didn't catch her name but the lady there this morning 2/3/23 was super nice. She took time to answer a couple questions and offered to make my coffee extra hot so it didn't get cold while I shopped for a few things. It's the little things that make a big difference!

I walked in to get coffee and stood there for 10 minutes, said hello twice, but was ignored by the lady who is standing infront of the cash register too busy with her phone. Now I know why our staff doesn't want to go there, they would rather wait in line across the street. Customer service??? Good way to loose customers.

Starbucks is really good about not following the law that requires a gift card balance under $5 from being cashed out. Pretty sad we vote for consumer protection laws and starbucks is too cool to educate their employees.

The staff here are hit and miss. There are several baristas who know me by name, or care to say hello (I come here every day). But others are surly, even downright rude. Time to retrain or weed out the ones that are not customer friendly.

There are no negative stars to give. I ordered extra hot chai tea latte, first they gave regular hot. Barista who made coffee she realized that and she offered me to make other coffee. She told other lady to do that she changed her face and reluctantly made coffee, it was one of the worst coffee.
