It was my best friend’s birthday and we ordered a drink with a few customizations for her birthday rewards. Not only did they not acknowledge her birthday but they acted as if our order was a burden to them and was very cold with their responses. I used to work at Starbucks and this is not the culture we provided our customers with.

Never bringing my money to this starbucks again, they turned me down and said i could not order based off my vehicle i was driving. they said they dont take orders from open vehicles? i ride a class 3 street legal electric bike, it goes the same speeds as a gas motorcycle, so you are telling me, motorcycles cannot order at starbucks?? in redmond? it could make sense for protection of employees but when has this starbucks ever had any problems? please help me further understand why you are turning away street legal vehicles and asking me to come inside when i cannot safley leave my ebike outside and it is too big to bring inside??

Sustained a second degree hand burn and blistering this morning from them handing me a drip coffee without the lid secured all the way on.

I mean its starbucks. The cafe is uncomfortable and cold. The food is overpriced but tasty, the coffee is pretty good. I really only come here for the blonde shots when i run out of coffee grounds for my french press and cant be bothered to buy a new bag.
Dietary restrictions: They have a whole booklet that breaks down exactly whats in all of the items.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly. The baristas are so sweet and have said hi to kiddos and gone above and beyond to make sure the kids are having a good time too.
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible if you have someone to hold the door....they need the buttons to auto open them in my opinion

Every time I get my latte or flat white it's missing about 3oz of milk. The whole point of these drinks are the ratios of milk to espresso. For 7.72 I should at least get the right drink.

Great spot, they are usually fast but something is off with the staff and how they make drinks. I order the same drink everytime: tall London fog tea latte. 50% of the time it’s sweet, 50% of the time it has no sweetener and the milk tastes bad. I order this drink almost 4x a week. Anyone know what ingredient they keep forgetting to put in the drink?
