It's hard to put your finger on what it is about this place that makes it feel so unwelcoming. Is it something about the interior that looks like a hospital hallway with a few chairs thrown in it? Or is it the lukewarm breve with the sticky stuff on the side that they didn't bother to wipe off? Or the overzealous window cleaner who's spraying soap on the windows and wiping it down next to open customer laptops?
I honestly can't say. The staff were friendly enough but overall I always come away from this Starbucks in particular disappointed and dissatisfied.

Excellent location with plenty of seating both inside and outside. lots of parking. staff is amazing. greets you by name, always smiling and upbeat. inside is always clean and welcoming.

Please pay attention when you take order.
We ordered on the app for pickup because we were in a hurry and decided to drive through. The barista did not fill the order as directed and had no stevia. Did not have time to turn back around. I ended up throwing it away. If you are in a hurry, it's not recommended to stop here, as parking can be very difficult to find when the area is busy. Additionally, it's best to avoid the barista who didn't follow directions on what to add to your coffee.

We enjoyed morning tea with a delicious coffee that was served by friendly staff. There was indoor and outdoor seating options with the outdoor option relaxed and comfortable.
My coffee was good, and the mobile pickup was smooth. But what I witnessed inside left a bad taste.
The cafe was nearly empty when a young girl, maybe ten years old, rolled in on her scooter. She politely asked the barista for some ice. The barista told her ice was “complimentary” and only available with a purchase. The kid even offered to pay for it, and the answer was still no! She walked away, disappointed.
What happened to the Starbucks that was welcoming and warm? Is this really how they treat a child? Howard Schultz would appalled at this heartless display.

Hygiene and cleanliness of this location is a concern! Found a fly on my cold foam coffee! Disgusting! Will avoid this place from now on even though it was in a convenient location.
Have gotten drive-thru orders wrong before as well but a fly in the coffee is beyond disgusting and makes us question the cleanliness in their overall kitchen!

This is my first time in this Starbucks. I went in about 10 mins before the store closed. I used the bathroom. The staff knocked the door and noticed me they were about to close. Totally understand and I was rushing. Unfortunately the flushing kit broken and it didn’t work. I fixed it and clean it just like new. I came out and noticed the lady wearing glasses their flushing kit broken but I have fixed it. Instead of appreciating I got a terrible face and ignore. What a bad experience! By the way I am a Starbucks royal customer and spend $500/month average.

It was my best friend’s birthday and we ordered a drink with a few customizations for her birthday rewards. Not only did they not acknowledge her birthday but they acted as if our order was a burden to them and was very cold with their responses. I used to work at Starbucks and this is not the culture we provided our customers with.
