The Barista at this store was so rude today. She constantly made faces and never smiled and behaving like she hated me and friend for no reason. I always go to this location and looks like she’s a new hire, I hope they train them to be atleast polite and not be so obvious.

Bretul was so awesome I had let her know the frustration of my last drink being overcharged and she fixed it and made my day! She has great customer service! And so friendly!

Smaller but free-standing Starbucks as you enter downtown Redmond from the west. Parking and seating can be limited during busy hours. Drive-thru. Access from roads is limited - you may have to turn around to get into the often congested parking lot; but otherwise a convenient location. Staff are friendly and helpful.Parking: Congested parking lot.

Service is always friendly. Coffee typical and consistently Starbucks. I do have a request for Starbucks management in general... why is there not consistently good addressing on your facilities. I frequent a number of different starbucks and found the addressing horid. Confusing, not where it should be, not clear and sometimes conflicting to that of the ap. The phone ap is awesomeness but please make it easier for the phone ap user to verify they are at the right store location with clear numbering at the entrance. Not side windows that are impossible to see. See my photos and tell me if you can see the address. I have lots of other examples of this at other Starbucks facilities and given how close the stores are to one another the numeric address is very important. Some stores are feet apart like this location and the one inside the neighboring qfc.

The simple things in life that make a single person happy and I just went through this drive-through, and when I got to the window everything was chaotic and I was told at the window that they are out of the items that I ordered so I had to frantically choose new items from the person who was at the window clearly was more worried about his looks than doing his job right. So i just left with some egg bites and a venti Java Chip with no straw. I would have forgotten about the chaos and not cared about the food that they were out of from the time i ordered it in the drive thru to the window, but that one small thing “the missing straw” is what pissed me off especially when im a mile down the road and not turning around for a simple item.

The service was fast and accurate. It's up to the high standard of all other stores. Just don't expect any boundary-pushing or local flavor. Ironically, Starbucks has inspired competitors and expanded the market for prepared coffee, to everyone's benefit.

I have started coming to this store regularly from the last 2-3 months and I started noticing this pattern that the store would randomly close. So, anyone thinking of visiting the place, please confirmThanks

This is by far the WORST Starbucks store I have been to. Let me also say that I am not the kind of person who starts giving negative reviews just because of 1 bad experience. I have been to this store so many times as its close to my work place and sadly my experience has been consistently bad. The staff is very unfriendly and rude. I also noticed a pattern that your coffee will arrive quickly if you tip and you will be made to wait on purpose if you do not. All in all suffice to say that I am not going to this store again. I know it probably doesn't makes a difference to them, but the staff can definitely learn a lot from other Starbucks stores barista who are 100 times more busy and still very polite and friendly.

This place is nice but clunky. The service is spot on. The staff is very nice. The drinks are always a little off from other better Starbucks. It seems like they don't take as much time for the details with the drinks here. If I get a flat white the pull is waaaay too long. If I get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew it's just cold brew with cream, whereas other Starbucks there's a really nice sweet cream top on the cold brew. It's just not quite what it should be. Also the lobby here suuuuuuuuucks. There are way too many tables and it's always crowded.

Usually decent service here, but today I met barista Tom and he has the worst attitude I've ever encountered at any Starbucks.Dude, if you're unhappy with your job or whatever, don't let your frustration out on your customers.

This is your typical Starbucks location. The coffee is consistent the staff is friendly, they spell your name wrong everything you'd expect from a Starbucks location. As someone that talks about sports for a living being able to hang out, have some coffee (venti no whip Mocha), pour through some sports news and write for show prep this location is a nice, relatively quiet spot to post up with some occasional good people watching to go with it (customer absolutely lost his mind cause he dropped his tub of guacamole)
