Rude barista. I ordered 4 drinks on app. When I got there, the barista said bluntly in my face twice, “I lost two customers making your order” then took a picture of my drinks. And, she still made one of my drink size wrong. She didn’t remake my drink proportionally, instead, she just added more water and ingredients in the right cup.

One of the most poorly run Starbucks shops I've ever seen.

Barista sullen and rude. Terrible coffee. Seating area was dirty and had empty plastic crates using up the tables.

Barista and their supervisor (if any) need to be fired.

Good luck finding it. Jebait you into the store, lots of giant Starbucks sings in random locations. but the storefront is nowhere to be found. I don’t even like Starbucks and was just trying to get a convenient coffee without wasting a bunch of my time, but Fred Myer did just that.

This is the worst Starbucks! I said I wanted an iced vanilla latte. They gave me an iced coffee latte with vanilla syrupy add on. And when I complained that though it seems same thing, price is different and told the store that other store gives vanilla latte directly. They critiqued my expression of vanilla latte - you should say blonde vanilla latte and this is what we have in this store. And they refused to do order correction. And when I left the Starbucks front desk and was ready to call Starbucks customer service. I heard they laughed at me. I have never seen a store with such attitude! Wrong order causing different price but say this is customer’s fault! And laugh at customer!

So disappointed!

Perfectly acceptable Starbucks. If you have a problem then stop ordering the most inane unnecessarily complicated drinks and then complaining if the baristas have to take more time on decoding your convoluted order.

Great service and it’s nice having it on the second floor away from the insanity from the first floor. Escalators seem to be out of service often.

I absolutely love going to this Fred Meyer and picking up a Starbucks while I shop! This grocery store has everything I need, and more. The produce is always fresh, the meat is top quality, and the coffee always taste great! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to assist customers. I really appreciate the store's cleanliness and organization - it makes the experience so much easier. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the coffee. I also love the convenience of the online ordering and pickup service, which has made my life so much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Starbucks to anyone looking for a great coffee experience!

Usually they do an amazing job but today at 3:30 p.m. they did a horrible job I understand that there's only two people but they ran out of whipped cream they didn't even do my caramel frappuccino nowhere near how it's supposed to be done I'm just not happy with the situation at all very disappointed.
